Meeting the Gang

It was decided that Izuku wouldn't have to sit in on the hero course until Mr. Aizawa was back. This eased some of Izuku's nerves, he wasn't totally comfortable sitting in with class 1B first. If the students of his homeroom were any indication, not everyone at UA was above trying to hurt him. In the meantime, he could check up on Kacchan at the hospital and start brainstorming the publicity benefits of the upcoming sports festival. (A Management Course assignment.) His phone dinged as he walked off the campus.

Shigaraki: Hey Izu, can you come over I want you to meet some people.

Izuku read the message, he had time, and his mom never really checked how late he came home, or where he was.

Izuku: I'll be there in 10min

Opening the door to the bar, he was immediately jumped by a girl with blonde hair. He grabbed the girl's waist and wrist to balance her. A knife gleamed in her hand, Izuku looked past her to Kurogiri, who was in his place behind the bar as always. "Uh, Kurogiri can you tell Shigaraki I'm here." He turned back to the girl, who was now staring at him with a crazed look of adoration. "You're cute. You must be Izuku!" The girl said, giggling. Izuku felt his face flush, he disarmed the girl and put her down. "Yes, that's me. And you are." Izuku questioned. "Himiko Toga! Can I please have my knife back." Toga whined out as Shigaraki walked in, he groaned at the situation in front of him. "Toga. Go gather everyone. Izuku will give you your knife once I introduce him to everyone." Toga nodded and skipped away. "Sorry about her, she's one of the people I wanted you to meet." Shigaraki said, grabbing Izuku's wrist. Izuku nodded, confused, but allowed Shigaraki to drag him to where Toga was gathering everyone. "Izuku, these are my... co workers. They will be living here. Meet Toga, Magne, Twice, Dabi, Compress, and Spinner." A chorus of different greetings came from the crowd. "Nice to meet you! No, it's not!" "Hi hun!" "Sup" "Can I have my knife now!" "Hi". The voices merged together, making it hard to tell them apart. "Sup everyone." Izuku said, throwing the knife back to Toga. "This sure is one hell of a group Shiggy. You could've warned me." He said turning towards his older friend. Shigaraki groaned, "I told them not to overwhelm you, but they obviously didn't listen." He shot a glare at Toga, who smiled and shrugged. "I need a drink. Go socialize. Tell me if any of them bother you." Shigaraki said, heading to the bar.

A while after properly greeting everyone Izuku found himself sitting with Toga, Twice, Magne, and Dabi, playing Uno. (Compress and Spinner decided to sit at the Bar with Shigaraki) "So, you're a student at UA?" Dabi said, pointing at his uniform. Izuku nodded. "Yea, management, and support though, not hero." Dabi nodded, seemingly approving his answer.

"Hey Zuzu, can I please have some of your blood??" Izuku froze for a second, card in hand, he definitely didn't expect that cutesy nickname or question. "Depends. Does it have something to do with your quirk?" Izuku said, placing a plus 4 down, earning him a groan from Dabi. "Yup! I get to drink yummy blood for my quirk!" Toga said enthusiastically. Izuku thought it over a moment, before curiosity took over, he swiftly pulled out his own switch blade and sliced his hand without flinching, Dabi, and Magne's eyes widened in concern. He held it out to Toga, who's eyes gleamed in content. "Yay!" She licked his hand, which sent shivers down his spine.

Izuku started freaking out when the girl was engulfed in gray slime, only to see his own face staring back at him as the slime melted off. Holy shit. A blood-based transformation quirk?! "Look Zuzu! I look just like you now!" Toga said, launching herself on top of him, even her voice sounded like him. "It's not totally perfect though." She said looking down at him sadly. "Since I was wearing clothes when I transformed, I'm not wearing the same clothes as you." Izuku's eyes widened. "You can copy the target's clothes too! That's so cool!" Izuku exclaimed, watching as Toga's disguise of him melted off, returning her blonde hair. "Awww. I need more of your blood to make it last longer."  Toga exclaimed, jumping off the boy. "Next time I see you I'll give you a vial, and you can tell me all about your quirk. Deal?" Toga grinned and jumped back on top of him. "Deal!" She turned towards Shigaraki. "I like him! Can we keep him!" She asked. Izuku flushed again, much to his misery, Dabi and Twice laughed at him. "No Toga. Get off him. You're giving me a headache and you aren't even on top of me." Shigaraki groaned. "You're no fun Shiggy!" Toga whined. Getting off of Izuku, who was helped up by Magne.

He settled back into place to continue the game, when his phone rang. He picked it up, greeting his mother, before his eyes widened and the call ended. He grabbed his bag and shot up, earning him multiple confused eyes. He turned to Shigaraki.

"Kacchan woke up."

Shigaraki's eyes widened, he nodded understandingly. "Text me later." He spoke. Izuku nodded and rushed out the door.

Izuku walked through the doors of the hospital, checked in at the front desk, and beelined for room 207. He opened the door. Katsuki was sitting upright, staring right at him. Izuku's eyes watered, he rushed to the boy's bedside. "Hey nerd! I hope you didn't think that would've killed me. I'm too stubborn for that." Katsuki grinned. Izuku let out a watery laugh. "Of course not Kacchan."
