A Kiss

Izuku's lips crashed with Katsuki's, shutting him up briefly before pulling away. "Don't you get it Kacchan." Izuku's eyes peered into Katsuki's, "I don't want you to beat yourself up over this because... I love you. It's not your fault you were groomed into believing what you did to me was right. That doesn't make what you did acceptable, but it does mean it's forgivable, so please let me accept your apologies, and if you feel the same, let me love you." Izuku pleaded, tears running down his face, a shaky smile dancing on his lips.

Katsuki gently pulled Izuku in, kissing his lips softly, he listened to the way Izuku's breath hitched in his throat in surprise, the sound of both their heartbeats echoed loudly in their ears, their tears leaving a salty taste in their mouth's. Izuku ran his fingers through Katsuki's hair, pulling him closer, deepening the kiss, it sent a chill down Katsuki's spine.

When they pulled apart it they both had to catch their breaths. A pained laugh escaping the blonde's mouth as he gently laid his head on Izuku's chest. "I like you too nerd." He confessed, melting at the feeling of Izuku's fingers coursing through his hair. "I didn't think I was capable or fucking deserving, of love." Izuku squeezed him in reassurance. "You and your damn selflessness had me swooning."

The vibration of Izuku's chest as he laughed at the statement ticked the blonde's ear. "Little do you know this was all part of my master plan to seduce you." Izuku joked. Katsuki let out a weak laugh, "Next time you want to ask me out, don't land yourself in the hospital." Katsuki said dolefully. Izuku's face contorted into a crestfallen expression, "That wasn't part of the plan..." he shuddered as memories of what the doctor did to him flashed through his mind. "...thank you for being here." The greenette said, wrapping his arms against Katsuki, who blushed heavily but relaxed at the touch.

The two boys laid in the hospital bed, relishing in each other's body heat til they passed out.

The doctor woke the two up a few hours later, informing Izuku that the drug was no longer in his system, he was free to leave.

They walked out of the hospital together, Izuku's hand clutching onto Katsuki's. The 'league', each of the boy's parents, and select heroes were waiting outside. "I fucking called it." Mitsuki said, sticking her hand out to receive money from Inko.

"Mom?" "Hag?" The two boys questioned in unison, the prior much more surprised to see his relatively absent mother.

"See Inko! If you weren't so busy with work you would've noticed, I told you those two had a thing for each other!" Mitsuki exclaimed, causing quirked eyebrows from the 'league members, chuckles from the heroes present, and the two mentioned turning bright pink. "Well? I'm not wrong am I?" Mitsuki asked the boys. Katsuki glared at his mom but reluctantly nodded, confirming her statements. "Fuck yeah! Nice to see you finally expressed yourself brat. Glad you're okay Zuku." Mitsuki said, walking over and ruffling Izuku's hair.

The other mom of the two, who was still standing with the others spoke up, "Sorry I wasn't there when you got hurt Izuku." Inko said, not making any moves to come closer. Izuku nodded at her, a half-hearted reassurance it was okay. Happy with the answer, Inko turned towards the few heroes present, following them away from the hospital so she could get back to work. Izuku wasn't surprised.

Katsuki gave him a comforting squeeze, dragging him towards the 'league' to divert his attention. Although that might not have been the best idea judging by how the entire 'league' was glaring at Katsuki.

"You ever hurt him again and I will disintegrate you." Shigaraki threatened, ignoring Izuku's pleading eyes telling him to calm down. "You're lucky Izuku is such a good person, I would've thrown you off a building if I were him." Shigaraki confessed.

Izuku jabbed him in the arm, "Shiggy, quit it!" Shigaraki shrugged innocently, receiving a laugh from Toga and Twice. Izuku sighed, leaning his head against Katsuki, Compress let out a wolf whistle.

"One trip to the hospital and you land yourself a boyfriend, damn Izuku." Compressed joked. Izuku flushed pink, burying his face in Katsuki, who looked like he was about to combust, and not because of his quirk.

Katsuki's parents caught the league's attention, dragging them away from the two boys to start a conversation.

"You sure caught yourself some interesting friends."

"Shut up, you literally have a friend who's dictionary completely consists of just calling things manly."

"We aren't-"

"Kacchan. Don't you dare."

They leaned against each other, the wind swaying them back and forth, the background noise of the league and the Bakugous talking ringing in their ears.

Katsuki leaned down towards Izuku, moving his unruly hair with his hand.

"I'll be by your side next time. I promise."
