Quick Recap: Arcs arrive at Clan Kamisato about the invasion, Atlesian Fleet tries to sack an Inazuman city, the Inazuman Air Fleet takes the cake, Winter is captured and the Inazumans are now preparing themselves for retaliation. 

The audience was unsure on how to feel about this, sure the Inazumans stopped the invasion, but what if they turned their guns on them?

Then, it cuts to Atlas as it showed twin cities going to great development, albeit Mantle is slightly improved and larger than in the Prime timeline.

Those who knew of Mantle were surprised by this as they knew that city needed to be renovated one way or another.

And inside of the Council Building in the city of Atlas, Ironwood was sighing at the Council meeting as he saw the Council members go into a flurry of curses and the whatnot.

Tepes sighs rubbing his head. "This is why you need a senate instead of a simple council."

"WHAT IS THE DEVIL'S NAME HAPPENED!?"
"WHY AREN'T WE HEARING THE REPORTS OF VICTORY!?"
"WHO'S RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH A THING!?"
"HOW COULD WE FAIL AGAINST THOSE OLD GITS!?"
"WHY NO FIRE!?" Those were the cries of many councilors as he prepared himself for a possible execution by the Council's rich, petty hands

"GENERAL IRONWOOD, WHY HAS THE FLEET NOT REPORTED THE DESTRUCTION OF THAT CITY!?" A councilor asked James, demanding to know why, why did invasion fail and why the City of Tamamoto hasn't been razed or occupied.

Ozpin and those who's been to some Council meetings know the feeling of them going at it like it's some sort of political drama thingymajig.

After James let out a sigh, he began to stand up as the various councilors stared him down.

Both Natasha and Tepes groans. "This is why civilians shouldn't conduct themselves in matters of war," Tepes says as Natasha looks to her father. "Why you haven't removed the idiots I will never know." She said as James didn't have an answer for her.

"I think about that, a lot, but I knew they're also responsible for running other things needed in the Kingdom, so I have to stay my hand," James said to both Tepe's Arc and his Daughter

"I am sure you all know of Inazuma's advanced technology correct?" Ironwood asked as the councilors nodded.

"Well, as you know, Inazuman Technology has technological marvels our scientists would trade sides for, but what they have is something connected to them. Their long history, they have been around far longer than anyone of us, and where all the old Kingdoms have fallen, Inazuma still stands as a bastion. They were a force to be reckoned with. And when you had me order that invasion, I was forced to consign the deaths of many men, proud Atlesians that I had the honor of serving with." Ironwood said as he made his speech towards the Councilors, to Oblivion if he were to kill where he stood!

Natasha sighs and puts a comforting hand on James. "You have more strength than me to handle these civilian dabils."

"Really?" Ironwood asked, curious about how his daughter would've dealt with the civvies.

She nods. "If I was in your place I would have had them arrested and killed for treason against the state and for conducting an illegal war, or just outright incompetence." to which Ironwood nodded.

"And when they have technologies of this magnitude, why did we go ahead with this invasion?" James asked as he presented an image from one of the ships that before it all went to shit as it showed an Inazuman Air Squadron.
