The next day, Terrin told Aaron and I that Ryia came to see him, and he told us what she said. "It doesn't matter" I mumbled. "Yeah, why did she come here anyway?" Terrin said. "Probably to make us feel worse" Aaron mumbled. We stood in silence for a long time. "I need some air" I said. I walked into my room and onto the balcony. I took a deep breath as the wind swept around.

"Lovely day, isn't it?" Said a voice. I turned around to see Simon standing on my balcony. "What do you want?" I mumbled, not being surprised that he was here. He took a few steps forward and said, "I was just checking up on my brothers little crush. How are you this day, Alexandria?" "Get away from me" I said, staring into the horizon.

"You see, that's going to be a little hard this time. You see, last time I came to you as a mirage. Now, I'm really here" Simon said. I gasped and faced him. He laughed. "Don't try to call for my baby brother, it won't work" he said. I took a deep breath and said, "what do you want?" "Well, I was just wondering if you've checked up on that beautiful sister of yours" Simon said.

I didn't respond. "Oh, I see. She isn't talking to you, is she? She's pushing you away, just like she's pushing everyone in her life away" Simon said. "How do you know that?" I quietly asked. Simon laughed. "I know everything!" He said. I rolled my eyes and said, "you've made your point. Now you can go."

"No, before I go, I'd like to ask you something. Where is your sister now?mi know you know, so don't lie to me" he said. I didn't respond. I just stood there, staring off into the horizon. Simon came closer to me. He stood right behind me. He put a hand on my left shoulder and put his lips next to my right ear. I lightly gasped.

"Come on now, don't be stubborn" he whispered. I could feel his breath down the side of my neck. It felt horrible. "Don't you want her to suffer, after all she did to you? I know you do, Alexandria. I can see your thoughts" Simon said. I could tell him. She would suffer. She would never call me a damsel again. It was a tempting thought. But I couldn't. I didn't have it in me. Unlike Simon and Ryia, I had a conscience.

"I'll never tell you" I spat. Simon laughed and took a few steps away from me. "Your a strong girl, Alexandria. I admire that" he said. I rolled my eyes. "I'll see you later" Simon said. He warped away.

Later that day, I told Aaron and Terrin what happened. "You should have told him! You should have let Ryia have it!" Terrin said. "I just didn't have it in me, Terrin! I wanted to, but.....after all the things that have happened, she's still my sister. No matter how I feel about her now, I can't do that" I said. Aaron smiled and said, "your strong, Alexandria". I smiled back.

"Alright, let's go for that walk we were talking about. Just us, no Laithen" said Terrin. I nodded. Together, the three of us left the castle and walked around the kingdom.
