My dream went alot like this I was back in the cobble stone room and this time instead of being chained to the floor I was chained to the wall. My arms pinned to my sides. Simon walked in a grimace covered his face. "Well I'm not going to lie I'm not pleased with you pet" he said, and then he started to smile "but thanks to this I was able to visit your friends . I have quite the interesting information from it. It seems your dear Terrin fancies your sister".
Swallowing hard I looked down. I had already had my suspicions about this so why did it hurt so much to here someone else say it aloud. "I already knew that" I croaked. "How much pain you must feel to bad you realized all to late how you feel about him. Oh, you must be so angry at Terrin and Alexandria" Simon said smiling as if feeding off my negitive emotions. "It doesn't matter anymore they all hate me if anything it would be good for me to hate them too" I said bitterly.
"Yet you still fight for their kingdom?" Simon asked smiling vicously. "No I'm fighting for my kingdom, no matter what quarrels I have with Alexandia and Terrin I'm still princess of Talahan" I said gaining my confidence back. "My you have alot of gusto for a girl chained to a wall" he said tilting his head. "Its only a dream I can wake up whenever I wish" I said wishing I could back upi as he inched toward me.
"Is that so?" Simon asked. He was so close now that I could feel heat radiating from him. I did my best not to stuggle to back up, I would not show weakness. "How sad it is that I can't stay longer" he said kissing my cheeck as my dream ended. I shot up so tense that I thought I would break. My breathing was harsh and wild, I barrely even heard the rustling in forest. Though I still heard it.
"Show yourself or I show no mercy" I shouted into the woods. "Woah there Ryia calm down its just me" Leo said walking out with a young girl tailing him rather closely. "Sorry, I guess I'm just a little bit tense" said looking down. "It's cool, so I hope this is cool with you but you see while attacking Talahan Simon's army also attcked a small village on the out skirts of the fae lands. This girl, Niamh, was the only surviver. She doesn't have any family, so I thought she could stay with you" Leo said hopefully.
With all that was going on I wasn't sure just how well I'd be able to manage taking care of a young girl. I looked over to her. Her hair was the color of fire, a bright burning red, her eyes were so green that even emeralds couldn't compare, and her pale skin had a light dusting of freckles. She couldn't have been more than ten years old and yet her whole village was gone taken by shadows. I couldn't abbandon her.
"I would love to take her in" I said earnestly. Turning my attention over to Niamh I said "you wouldn't mind living in the forest for a while would you?". "Like camping?" her eyes grew wide with excitement at the thought. "Yes just like camping" I smiled. I could use a little company. "So Leo are you going to take off or stay around for a while?" I asked. Turning to my make shift camp a blanket was drapped over some branches creating a tent.
"You know I think I'll stay a while" Leo said sitting by the fire and stealing some of my rabit "especially of I can eat like this every night". The rest of the night I spent getting to know Niamh she was shy and timid but sweet and loving. Leo made jokes and we spent the night laughing. I looked over at Niamh and realized in one night she had taken away all the lonliness in my heart.
