I woke up in Simons dungeon. Aaron was holding me in his arms, and Terrin and Ryia were there. Why was Ryia there. "You have come confessing to make" said Terrin. "I'll explain later, we need to get out of here" said Ryia. I groaned. Aaron set me down. I stood up. "I can warp us out of here" I said. Aaron nodded. The three of them held onto my shoulder. I warped to the palace.
We appeared on my balcony, just where I wanted us to be. "Ok, now explain" said Aaron. Ryia sighed and looked away. "I....I need to get back to fae camp" she said. "No! Ryia, we deserve to know this. We deserve to know why you are pushing us away like this" Terrin said. Ryia kept quiet.
"Well, may I tell you instead, perhaps?" Asked a voice. Simon appeared on the balcony. "Get out of here!" Ryia yelled. Simon laughed. "I will, my love. But before I do, I want to see the look on your friends faces when I tell them how you tortured those people. How you made the suffering last as long as it could, than brutally murdered them. How you liked the way the blood felt on your hands" Simon said.
I gasped. Simon laughed. "SHUT UP! GET THE HELL OUT OF MY HEAD!" Ryia screamed. Ryia had tortured people? Is that why she was shunning us? Is that why she pushed everyone in her life away? "Did you hear your lovely sister gasp as I said those things, Ryia? Did you really expect her to not be afraid of you? Did you really expect her to let this go?" Simon said.
Ryia began to cry. "Get the hell out of here Simon, or I swear I'll kill you myself!" I said. Simon laughed. Ryia looked at me and lightly smiled. "You really think I'm afraid of you?" Simon taunted. "You should be" I said fiercely. Simon laughed. Before I knew what he was doing, he ran over to me and wrapped his hands around my neck.
He squeezed as hard as he could. Ryia screamed my name. My vision began to blur. Aaron and Terrin pulled Simon away from me. I fell to the ground. My breathing was rapid. I couldn't catch my breath. I couldn't breathe. I tried my best, but the air refused to reach my lungs.
I laid on the ground, motionless. Then, I passed out.
