I had been walking through the gardens with Niamh for a while talking and laughing blissfully when I saw Aaron and Terrin racing toward me with angry looks plastered on their faces. Pulling Niamh behind me I let all emotion fall from my face. "Ryia, what happened that made SImon want to take Alex?" Terrin asked anger flooding through his voice. Simon had taken Alexandria, damn it.
"I haven't done anything now if you excuse me I have things to do" like saving my sister. I was about to turn when Terrin grabbed the front of my grubby dress. "The hell you do, its your fault that Simon took Alex in the first place, if you have any diggnity left you'll help us save her!" Terrin yelled. "Look the only reason I'm not punching you in the face for even suggesting that I wouldn't go save my own flesh and blood is that Niamh is standing right behind me" I snarled.
Terrin and Aaron both looked taken aback. I turned to Niamh. "Look sweety I need to go and do something I'll be back as soon as possible but for now I need you to go find Leo, ok?" I asked in a soft voice. "Ok, Ryia, be carefull" she said giving me a hug. "I will" I promised sending her off. "Lets go" I said turning back to the boys. "Ok, don't pull anything" Aaron said coldly. I looked back and rolled my eyes not even deeming it worthy of a verble response. We walked for a while before I stopped.
"Circle up and take my hands" I said dully. "Why?" Terrin asked confused. "Don't question just do". Not without mumbling they took my hands and I let us all sink into the earth. I focused on Alexandria's energy and pulled our little group towards that. When we came up we were in a stone prison with a knocked out and chained Alexandria on the floor. "Ok so that thing again" Terrin said as Aaron picked up Alexandria. I swallowed hard.
"That's the thing, I can't unless were standing on pure earth" I said scratching the back of my neck. "And just as I predicted even though you knew that your sister hated you, you still came to her rescue" a voice said from further in the shadows. "Simon, fancy meeting you here. I can't say its a plessure to see you again" I said sarcasticly. "Are you trying to seek redeption amoung your freinds" he asked.
"You already know that I'm not" I said lighting a fire in my palm trying to find him in the shadows. "I could tell them everything or better yet project your memories into their heads. How do you think they'll react once they know what you are, what you've done?" Simon asked smugly. "Don't, I'm done with this release them immediately stop being so petty" I said vicously.
"Oh, you really don't like the thought of that" he laughed. "What does he mean Ryia? What're you hiding from us?" Terrin asked worriedly. "That is none of your concern" I snapped rudely. "I think it is, is this why you kept pushing us away, because Simon has some dirt on you?" Aaron questioned knowingly. "Damn you, Simon!" I exclaimed. Just as I said that Alexandria woke up, "What's going on?" she questioned groggily.
"Well looks like you have some talking to do, and well I have places to be so I think I'll leave you all here to have a nice chat" Simon said. "Screw you!" I screamed. "Gladly" and with that Simon was gone.
