Mikasa's backstory.

Chapter 17

*Mikasa POV*

" Hmmm, where should I start?"

Flashback

Mikasa is 5 and her sister is 4. They live on the opposite side of where Eren lives.

" Mikasa! Mikasa Ackerman! Where are you?" I was in my room, hiding from Mom. Mom came upstairs and said," Hm, I wonder if she's in this room?" I was hiding under my bed. Mom came to my bed and found me. 

She picked me up and tickled me. She said," Mikasa, honey, we're going to move to Marley." I asked," Where's Marley?" Mom said," Across the sea, honey." I got happy and jumped out of Mom''s arms. I went downstairs to go find Nayomi. 

She was sitting in the living room. I went to her and said," Guess what Nayi, we're going to Marley!" She stood up and asked," Marley?" I said," It's across the sea." We got excited and we running in circles. Then the day of us moving came. 

We were by the sea. I saw lots of boats. Mom said," Come on Mikasa, we are going to go now." I said," I, uh, I don't want to go. I don't want to be on open water. I'm-I'm scared." Mom hugged me and said," That's fine. Nayomi, we're not going." 

Nayi came over and shouted," But why!" Mom said," Because Mikasa is scared." I turned red. This is embarrassing. Nayomi was whining all the time. A week later, Mom said," Good news Nayomi! Aunty  Ria is coming to come fetch you! She'll take you to Marley!" 

Nayomi smiled," Yay! Marley! Marley!" Nayi was chanting, while walking. Dad smiled at me and said," Don't worry Mikasa, you don't have to go. You can stay here with Mommy and I." I smiled. Nayi looked sad and said," So big sis isn't coming?" 

I said," Don't worry. I'll see you when you come back." Nayi said," I don't wanna come back, if you're not coming with." Mom exclaimed," So you want to live with Aunty Ria?" Nayi shouted," If Big sis isn't going to come, then yes! I'm going to live with her!" I said," Okay then, have fun by Aunty Ria." Nayi said," You're so rude!" She ran outside. Dad said," Mikasa, go fetch her." I nodded and went to go run after her.

The Day Nayomi Leaves

" Bye Nayi! Hope I see you soon!" I had a smile on my face. Nayi wanted to go to Marley, and now she was. But instead of waving bye, she said," I hate you Big sis! And I will get you back one day for this! If anything happens to mommy or daddy, I'm blaming you!" I said," I'll take good care of them!" I smiled as I held Mom and Dad's hands.

End of Flashback

" And I've never seen her since. I still can't believe she just left and never came back. She used to be such an innocent girl. She was so sweet and kind. She was such a nice younger sister." Eren put his arm around me," Damn, I can't believe Nayomi did that!" 

Sasha said," She doesn't sound like a nice younger sister, Mikasa." Armin added," Yeah, she's trying to kill you." I sighed," Yeah, she's like this all because of me." Eren jerked me towards his chest," No, none of this is your fault! Do not blame yourself!"

Armin said," Anyway, we should try to" There was a knock on the door. Jean went to answer it. I asked," Who is it?" A women rushed in and hugged me. I was confused. She pulled me back," Wow Mikasa, you've grown so much since I last saw you, when you were 5." 

I said," Actually, I'm not Mikasa. Mikasa and I switched bodies." I pointed at Mikasa," That's actually Mikasa." she said," Oh! But still! Anyway, has Nayomi done anything yet?" Mikasa coughed and said," She infected a with a deadly virus. The answer is in this book." She handed the women the book. I asked," Can I ask who you are?" 

She smiled," I'm Mikasa's aunt! And young lady, you had better still be single! And pure!" I asked," Why does she need to be single and pure?" Mikasa's aunt said," Because I say so! Mikasa can only date once she reaches 21!" I asked," But if you aren't Mikasa parents, then why do you get to decide?" She said," I'm her only living relative, other than Nayomi-" 

" Women, you forgot about me. After what you did, you had better not forget about me." She asked," And who are you?" " Levi Ackerman. I'm Kuji's brother. You know, the man you cheated on years ago with his brother. How could you forget?" I saw Captain Levi standing there. 

Mikasa's aunt said," Oh Levi! I uh, I didn't mean to cheat on you with Kuji! I was drunk! That wasn't my fault!" Captain Levi crossed his arms," Okay, so you were drunk for an entire year. Cause you said, and I quote' Levi, I no longer love you. I'm in love with Kuji. We need to divorce as soon as possible.' and when I asked why, what did you say?" 

She looked away. Captain Levi said," You said that the entire 7 years we were married, you never loved me. I'm happy that I wasn't attached to you. So when we divorced, I didn't get hurt. And anyway, I've got someone else in my life right now. But why are you here?" 

She raised her head," Nayomi's here." Captain Levi's eyes widened," Shit! Mikasa, are you okay?" While they were fighting," I had taken Mikasa to my room, for peace and quiet. Captain Levi asked," Where is Mikasa?" I shook my head," Not telling you." 

Captain Levi sighed," Eren Jaeger, I order you to tell me where Mikasa Ackerman is." Mikasa's aunt said," Levi! You can't tell the poor boy that!" Captain Levi said," As his commanding officer, yes I can." I shook my head," I want Mikasa to get better, not worse." 

I went to go see Mikasa. I closed the door behind me and Mikasa said," Eren, I want this all to go away. Can this all just go away." I said," Is there any way to get rid of Nayomi?" She said," Uh, let me think..........
