Sapnap is coming later today. We don't have a bed for him to sleep in, so I set up some blankets for the couch. I hope this works for him. I don't really want to ask Alex to share his bed after how he reacted to Sapnap staying at our place.
Speedrunning this time skip bc I'm lazy.
Alex and I are hanging out in Alex's room for a little bit. He's doing some homework while I work on a video.
There's a knock on the front door. I go to grab it with Alex slowly trailing behind.
I swing the door open and Nick rushes to give me a hug. It feels so nice to see him in person again.
I barely knew him when we met in person last time, but now it's completely different. We've talked for hours at a time, and I've learned so many little details about this guy. I didn't realize how much I missed him until this moment right here.
We pull away when Nick goes to greet Alex. Alex acts as if nothing had bothered him the past couple days about Nick coming.
All three of us hang out for a little bit. Alex had some more homework, so he left Nick and I to do our own thing for a while. We decide to stream for a little bit.
I pop my head into Alex's room to ask if he wants to join us but he has to study.
"Hey Chat!" I say as my stream starts. Nick is standing out of the camera's view. "Today we are in the just chatting category. This will probably be a very boring stream if we're being honest, but I do have some company today..."

"No it's not Quackity. He's studying somewhere."
A lot of fans were able to guess that Alex and I had moved in together, but we never official announced it. The whole situation is pretty vague to the fans, although they pretty much know from little things said on streams.

"Why would you say that? I'm right here." Sapnap says in the worst British accent ever.

"Well-"
Before I could finish my sentence, Sapnap rolls into frame on Alex's swivel chair.
"IT'S ME"
I laugh. "You didn't follow our plan!"
We continued stream for a while just messing around. We played fireboy and lavagirl for a little bit too.
At one point, Alex texts me to ask if he could borrow my sticky notes. I text him back yes and assume he would just walk into stream a few seconds later.
Ten minutes later there's a knock on the door.
"Who's that?" Sapnap asks.
"Al-Quackity.. He needs to borrow these." I grab the sticky notes out of my desk.
I assume there's a reason he doesn't want to be on stream, so I walk over to the door. When I open it, he's standing there with his hood up. He looks tired.
"You okay?" I ask quietly so the stream won't hear.
"Yeah I just don't have a beanie on rn." He shrugs.
"Hair reveal?" Sapnap asks behind me.
Alex laughs a little louder than usual, probably so the stream could hear.
"Not today, man." He gives me a nod of thanks before going back to his room.
That was so weird.
Sapnap and I ended the stream a little while after.
Nick and I sit on the couch and watch a movie. Alex's light was turned off, so I assumed he's already gone to bed.
I grab a blanket for us to share. I slightly lean on him through the movie, but we don't really cuddle.
We sit on our phones for a little while after the movie ends. I'm laying on the couch with my feet propped up on his lap. My back begins to ache from sitting on the couch for too long.
He has to sleep on this.
"This couch is kinda uncomfy." I break the silence.
"A little, but it's fine." Nick shrugs.
I bite my lip. I don't want him to be in pain because we didn't have anything more comfortable. I remember Alex having to sleep on the old guest bed. That was uncomfortable.
I go on a whim and ask "Do you want to sleep in my room?"
"What?" He turns to look at me.
"It'll be a lot more comfortable than this old couch."
"I mean if you're okay with it."
"Of course."
He changes into some sleep clothes in the bathroom while I get ready for bed in my room. I'm laying in my bed on twitter when he stands awkwardly in the doorway.
"Are you going to come in?" I ask, laughing.
"I wasn't sure if you wanted me to or not."
"Come on in. Do you have a pillow?"
"Yeah it's right here."
He gets into the bed next to me and stares at the ceiling.
"Nick?" I ask.
"Yeah?"
"Why are you acting so weird?"
"I just.." he begins, "I just don't want you to think I have any bad intentions."
I smile, feeling warmed by his thoughtfulness.
"Don't worry. I'm not uncomfortable. I trust you." I put my phone on the side table.
I don't tell him that sometimes I'll go sleep with Alex when I feel a little lonely/sad and vice versa. I don't want him to think that Alex and I are anything more than friends.
I feel like I do that a lot, whether it's on stream or just talking to people. I never want people or fans to think that we're dating and ruin our friendship. Alex means so much to me. I trust him with my entire life.
He really brings me so much comfort. Sometimes we'll go into each other's room while they're editing and sit on their bed just to be in each other's presence.
He just makes me feel so calm.
Maybe that's why I've blocked Alex out in a romantic way. I would really hate myself if I lost him.
