In the meantime, outside the abandoned cookies factory, the new True Justice Alliance was now trying to figure what there next plan of action should be and how were they going to find and stop Mr. Anonymous and his evil organization. Everyone had tried passing ideas around, but none of them sounded like they would work. Even with all of them together they were sure that they were still no match against The Anonymous Society.
They all knew that Hap was the most powerful out of all them with his weird powers, but next to Cookie Monster, he was also the dumbest out of all of them, too! Besides, Hap was more of a 'eat cookies and play games' type of guy!

Heck! If the whole world or even all of existence was about to end, Hap being Hap, would just do nothing but act like everything was just a game as everything around him was completely destroyed! With that said, turning to Hap and Cookie Monster for help and advice was wasn't the best idea!
Judy and Nick Wilde's idea was the best one that they could think of. The rabbit and fox police officers had proposed that their best shot of finding out where Mr. Anonymous and The Anonymous Society's secret base was located was for them to capture and interrogate one or two of their members and get them to spill the beans! As for who they should capture and interrogate, they would figure that out later.
As everyone was continuing to discuss their new plan, they heard what sounded like evil laughter all around them! Then the next thing they know, they see a stray, red balloon appear out of nowhere right in front of them!
