Nick and his friends couldn't believe what they had just heard! Mr. Anonymous and The Anonymous Society weren't the first ones to successfully bring fictional characters to the real world!? There had been others who had already done it before them!? And what did Disney and Mickey Mouse have to do with all this!?
"What the heck are you talking about!?" Nick demanded as he gave Mr. Black a serious look on his face with a mix of horror and confusion in his voice.

Mr. Black raised a hand forward to silence him. "It's a long story, but as I was saying, back in the 1920's was when the very first portal-making machine was first created! As for what does Disney have to do with any of this, I'll get to that later," Mr. Black replied.
Nick and his friends didn't bother to argue with him (deciding that they would wait to ask him more questions later, instead). "FINE!" They all spoke in unison.
With that, Mr. Black went back to telling his story about the history of the portal-making machine. "It all started after Walt Disney lost the rights to use Oswald The Lucky Rabbit (Mickey Mouse's predecessor) to Universal. Like you all probably know, Walt Disney didn't take this well as this left him without a popular cartoon mascot that he and his employees could use in all their animated films at the time," Mr. Black began.
