OVERPROTECTIVE (JJK FANFIC)

Part 2

3rd person's POV:

Nanami bring Y/n home and googled every single thing of taking care a baby. He did have a baby sister but only for a month before the accident happened. "Looks like i need to buy a lot of stuffs, huh? Y/n." Nanami said, he was sitting on the couch, Y/n was on the floor with mattress below and some pillow beside her. Y/n cooed when Nanami said. Nanami smiled at Y/n's cute face.

"Let's get going." Nanami said. He stood up and ready the stroller, he got it and other stuffs from his neighbor who used to had a baby. They were kind enough to give him the stuffs and some advice and tips. He gently carried Y/n and put her on the stroller. Nanami ready a bag with a few diapers and wet tissue, he put the bag under the stroller.

Nanami pushed the stroller out and into the elevator. He pressed the button and went to the ground floor. It was Friday which is his day off, perfect for shopping with Y/n. He walked toward the grocery store while enjoying the view. The cool breeze, the blooming Sakura tree, the stream that flow down quietly and peacefully. "What a nice day. Don't you think, Y/n?" Nanami said.

Y/n laughed making Nanami chuckled.  "Gosh, you're so cute." Nanami said. They arrived at the grocery store and entered. Nanami took a basket and his a notepad. He put the notepad on Y/n's tiny feet. "Here, you hold this and I'll get the stuffs." Nanami said. One hand pushed the stroller and the other hold the basket.

"So first is baby formula." Nanami said to himself. He walked to the baby formula station and put the basket down. He grabbed two tin of the baby formula, "Which one? This?" Nanami said as he raised the one on the right. "Or this?" Nanami raised the one on the left and lowered the right side. Y/n cooed. "Don't know? Should i get help?" Nanami asked. Y/n grunts as she suck on her fist.

"Excuse me." Nanami said. A staffs walked toward him. "How may i help you?" The lady asked. "My...umm...sister is...umm..." Nanami said as he look at Y/n. She just blinked her eyes. "Two...months old. And i do not know which to choose." Nanami said as he turned back to the staff. "Two months old. We do recommend this for a two months old baby." The lady said as she showed Nanami the baby formula. "I see." Nanami said.

Nanami took the tin and put it in the basket. "Do you need help? You look struggling with your sister. I can help you with everything you need for your sister." The staffs said. "Thank you." Nanami said. The staffs pushed the stroller as Nanami carried the basket. The lady helped Nanami with everything he need on his list and gave him some tips.

After Nanami bought all the stuffs he needed, he carried the plastic heavy plastic bags and pushed the stroller at the same time. Y/n cooed. "Yes, this is exhausting and heavy." Nanami said. They arrived back home and Nanami placed all the grocery on the counter. He took out the new mattress and put it on the floor in the living room. He grabbed Y/n and put her down on the new mattress.

"Comfortable?" Nanami asked, sweat rolled down his forehead. Y/n cooed and moves her arms and legs happily. "I take that as a yes." Nanami said. He put Y/n back on the old mattress. He took the new mattress and other stuffs that needs to be washed. He put all the new baby clothing, towel and more stuffs into the washing machine and set up.

He washed the mattress with his hands and dried it outside his balcony. He put all the stuffs away, he look at his watch and panicked. There were 5 minutes left before Y/n started to cry non-stop for food. Nanami rushed to his pantry and grabbed a the baby formula. He made the baby formula, he checked the water temperature making sure it's not too hot or too cold. Y/n cooed out loudly. "I'm coming. I'm coming." Nanami said as he walked into the living room.

He sat down on the floor and cradled Y/n, he fed Y/n the new baby formula. Nanami started into her eyes as Y/n stared back while blinking a few times. "Cute." Nanami said. After Y/n finished her formula, Nanami helped her to burped. He pat her back repeatedly. "Come on, burp." Nanami said. Once Y/n burpmed Nanami laid her back down and kissed her forehead.

He grabbed the new pacifier. "This is you first pacifier. How do you feel?" Nanami said. Y/n cooed. Nanami put it in Y/n's mouth and she sucked on it. "Now, you stay here and I'll go put the grocery away." Nanami said. He grabbed a small doll and put it beside Y/n. He stood up and walked into the kitchen and put all the grocery away.

After Nanami put the grocery away, he played with Y/n. Y/n began to cry out of nowhere. "What's wrong?" Nanami asked as he pulled the pacifier out and put it on the coffee table. He carried Y/n and gently patted her back while walking around the room. "Are you sleepy?" Nanami asked. Y/n cooed. "Go to sleep." Nanami said, he patted Y/n's back until she falls asleep.

'I haven't even set up the crib yet! It would too noisy if i set it up while she's sleeping. All i got to keep as quiet as possible!' Nanami thought. He put Y/n down on the small mattress and put some pillow beside her. He slowly and quietly took out the crib and quietly set it up. Nanami would stopped in his track when he heard Y/n moves or made sounds. Then would continued if everything went back tosilent.

After Nanami finished setting the crib, he put the crib in the room and  gently put Y/n in and some small pillows beside her. "There you go." Nanami whispered. "Sleep well, Y/n." Nanami said. He exited the room quietly and closed the door halfway. He sat down on his couch as he let put a heavy sigh. He stomach grumbled, "Right, i haven't had any food the whole day. What should i cook? Instant ramen? No,I'm too tired to cook anything... I'll just order some take-aways." He said.

He took his phone and called a restaurant, he ordered his food and waited for it to come. The food arrived and Nanami paid for it. He ate the food while watching TV. After he ate, he laid on his couch and fell asleep.
