Nanami finished his work and ended up having dark bag eyes. He continues typing until the next morning. Y/n woke up, she wriggled around and stood up on her feet. "Nii-chan." She called. Nanami was too focused on his work to hear Y/n's voice.
"Nii-chan." She called again. No response. She grabbed the edge of the crib and climbed up. She throws her right foot over and used her feet to push her up. Suddenly, she slips off the edge and she fell down, hitting her head on the floor. She cried out as the pain throbs on her head.
Nanami heard Y/n's cries and quickly runs to his room. He pushed the door opened and saw Y/n on the floor, holding her head. Nanami kneeled beside her, he cradled her in his arms and rubs her head with his large hand. Y/n hugged his body and clutched his clothes while sobbing. "Nii-chan here. There. There. Where does it hurt?" Nanami said.
Y/n pulled back and look up at him, she points at her head. "Pain." She said. Nanami kissed her head then keeps on rubbing it with his palm to comfort her. He stood up with Y/n in his arms and went to the kitchen.
He grabbed an ice pack and wrapped it with a small towel. He put Y/n on the couch and pressed the wrapped ice pack on her head.
Timeskip
Nanami sent Y/n to her daycare while he goes to his workplace. He was tired. Working hard to earn money to support himself and Y/n. Working overnight, helping Y/n control her cursed energy and curses. Spending time with her, teaching her, feeding her, bathing her.
As long as he has money, everything will be alright, right?...
It was 11:55 PM. Nanami was still in his office, typing on the keyboard as his dark bag eyes stare at the PC screen.
Y/n grabbed her bag and wore her shoes. "Nanami-chan, you shouldn't go out by yourself. Please come back in, I'll look after you until your brother gets you." The women said and walked toward Y/n. Y/n put her hand in front of her, stopping the woman from walking forward.
"It's ok, miss Runi. I can find nii-chan." Y/n said and quickly run out before the staff can catch her. "Nanami-chan!" They yelled and some run out to find the little girl. Y/n was hiding behind a dumpster in the alleyway. She peaks her head and saw the staff worriedly looking for her.
"Now, nii-chan place is..." She said and pinched her chin. She holds her index finger out, "Ah! Somewhere there." She said and points somewhere. She stood up and runs out the alleyway, she passed the zebra crossing. It was already late so there fewer cars.
Y/n look around the empty building and was lost. "... Ah!" She said, an idea came out in her head. "Two." She said. Blue flames surround her small body and files to her side, forming a curse.

She grabs it's fur and struggled to climb up while whining. The curse's tail wrapped around it's master waist and put her on top of it. "Ok. Go find nii-chan." She said. The Two howled and runs toward Nanami's workplace.
Nanami's workplace was just behind Y/n. The wolf turned and walked toward it. "Oh! We here. But...how to go in?" Y/n said. She climb down and walks toward the door, the door suddenly slide opened making Y/n and Two jumped.
Two quickly stood in front of the sliding door and growled. Y/n clutched the Two's fur. "Ghost!" She yelled.
Nanami look at the time and realized that it was 12:10 AM. "Y/n!" He said and quickly packed his stuff. He used the elevator and run out toward the main entrance just to see his sister's curse and her clutching it's fur in fear.
"Y/n?" Nanami called. Y/n look at Nanami, "Nii-chan! Ghos!" She yelled and points at the automatic sliding door. "Why are you here?" Nanami asked and exited the building. He bent down and carried Y/n. He let out a groan due to his lower back pain.
"Now, can you tell me why are you here and not in the daycare?" Nanami asked sternly. Y/n could sense that Nanami wasn't happy and look down. "Nii-chan....mad?" Y/n asked quietly. "Yes, i am. Y/n you could have got kidnap if you are alone. What am i going to do if you were kidnapped?" Nanami scolded.
"But nii-chan late!" Y/n yelled and look up at Nanami. "Y/n!" Nanami yelled back, shutting her. Y/n flinched at the loud voice. They stare into each other's eyes for a while. Y/n's eyes started to fill with tears and she burst out crying. "Nii-chan yell! I hate nii-chan!!!" She cried.
She pushed Nanami and slipped off from his grasp. Two stands below her and caught her. She buried her face into Two's fur and cried her heart out. The empty streets and buildings filled with her wails.
Nanami realized what he did and sighed. She wasn't wrong though, he was late to pick her up. He kneeled, "Y/n." He called and caressed her head. Y/n slapped it away and glare at Nanami with teary eyes. "I hate nii-chan!" Y/n yelled and buried her face back into Two's fur.
"Y/n, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have yelled at you. You're tired and stress just like me. For a 2 year old to master her cursed energy and techniques is pressuring. I know it's hard, cause i been through it myself..." Nanami said. He reached his hand out and caressed her head.
Y/n lifted her head and look at Nanami with her red puffy eyes. "Nii-chan sorry?" Y/n asked. "Yes, nii-chan is sorry for yelling at Y/n." Nanami said. Y/n sniffed and climbed down from Two. Two fade away due to Y/n's uncontrolled cursed energy.
She hugs Nanami, "Sorry for yell, nii-chan." Y/n apologized. Nanami hugged her back and patted her back, "It's okay." Nanami said. Y/n looks up at Nanami's brown eyes. "Nii-chan still loves Y/n?" Y/n asked. Nanami smiles and carried her up. He kissed her cheek, "Always." Nanami said. Y/n wrapped her arms around his neck and nuzzled her face into Nanami's neck.
Nanami turned and walked back to their home after the small conflict happened between them.
