A/N Sorry for the wait I have been busy with college and work recently so I'm trying to balance everything whilst fitting reading and writing in as much as possible.

"Blueberry, why are you up and about?"

"So sorry Mr.Stark didn't realise I needed your permission oh great and powerful ironman." I joked as I continued to edge towards the door little by little with small barely noticeable steps, hoping my use of sarcasm distracts him like a dog enticed by a bone.

"Hey! I see your feet moving." He pointed and narrowed his eyes as if he were trying to solve an equation, or possibly trying to ignore the use of his main language...Sarcasm.

"No you don't, I think you're getting old and your eyes are weary and tired." Not being able to stop myself I chuckled quietly not at all halting my pathetic attempt to sneak from the claustrophobia inducing four grey walls, along with the medical bed, the too complicated shower and weird technical blinds and machines with their loud and annoying beeps that echo and repeat through the room every damn night and day. After a while the machine sounds became engraved in my mind, like a constant shadow haunting my ears all throughout the day and even when I slept, every now and again the machines would stop so they could be changed or checked and yet the beeping never stopped not once did my mind feel clear and free.

"Uh- excuse you I am not old." He huffed out, offended at the attempted joke. My eyes widened a little at the sudden harsh tinge to his tone, clearly I offended him more then I intended to, not that I ment to at all.

"Right sorryyyyyyyy..." I stretched the word as long as I could whilst I made my way slowly retreating out the door.

Now's my chance.

So I run.

Well it's more of a fast paced waddle because of the stitches in my side...but you get the idea.

No...I'm not running away I'm just running to a different room, a less mind achingly dull room.

"Hey!"

Oh shit, come on Aurora move those short legs of yours.

Run Forest Run!

If I were to say my hip didn't feel like it was on fire right now I would be lying.

I slowed down when I got to the elevator, it automatically opened and I stepped inside. "Communal floor please Jarvis."

The doors began closing, "Aurora, where are you going..." Tony sighed just as the doors closed on him.

As the elevator came to a stop at my chosen floor I walked out and saw Bucky and Steve on the sofa, ooh they're sleeping.

I tiptoed over to them and saw Bucky's eyes flutter open. I gave him a guilty smile and he chuckled softly, gently pulling me onto his lap so my back was against his chest and my legs were resting on a sleeping Steve.

I felt Bucky's muscular arms slowly wrap around my waist pulling me closer to his warm chest as he stayed lying down on the sofa, blissfully ignorant to the fact that I should not be up here.

I hear a low groan and look to see Steve shuffling in his place, a warmth runs from my ankle up to-

"Hey doll." Steve mumbles softly, his deep voice sending shivers up my spine as he continues to trace shapes on my ankle with his thumb.

"Hey icicle." I smile keeping my eyes on the closed elevator doors in anticipation for a certain genius.

I hear the click of the elevator stopping at this floor once again, I carefully roll over and bury my head between Bucky's head and shoulder. His chin resting my the top of my head as his chest rises and falls gently in a steady rhythm.
