Chapter 66 - Fighting Fire with Fire: Izuku versus Shoto

Izuku faced Todoroki, the two boys ready looked ready to fight each other.

"So, Todoroki, ready to use your fire?" Izuku asks.

"Keep dreaming!!!" Todoroki shouts, sending a wave of ice at Izuku.

"Whoa!!!! Let the match start at least!" Izuku says, vaulting over the wave of ice.

"Todoroki! Wait for me to give you the signal to start the match!" Cementoss shouts.

"R-right, my bad." Todoroki apologises. "I got a little carried away."

"Last warning, do this once more and you're disqualified from this match!" Cementoss warns him.

"Looks like our two fighters are rearing to go!!!!" Mic yells. "Give them the signal Cementoss!!!"

"Right! Yagi, Todoroki, both of you ready?" The two boys nod.

"Alright then, the final match of Block A, begin!!!!!!!" Cementoss shouts.

Izuku charges up Enhance, going at 100 percent from the start. "Todoroki, if you don't use, you're fire, you've got no way to win!!!!" Izuku shouts as he charges at Todoroki.

"I'd use my fire when pigs start to fly!!!!" Todoroki shouts, retaliating with a massive wave of ice.

Izuku vaults over the ice-wave, using it as a foothold, charging at the boy with a Superman Punch. Todoroki defends himself, creating his Ice Susano-o.

"You're not getting past the defenses of a Susano-o that easily, I'm sure you know about that!" Todoroki grins.

"Who do you think I am? Some sort of uncultured swine!!!" Izuku shouts, charging at Todoroki with a triple kick, cracking the armour covering Todoroki.

"You managed to crack my Susano-o without your fire, impressive!" Todoroki says as the ice around his armor turns into spikes causing Izuku to jump away.

"That's new." Izuku exclaims. "I'd love to analyse what you just did but now is not the time."

Todoroki charges at Izuku, creating a sword of ice and swinging at Izuku.

"Now that's just unfair!" Izuku exclaims, as he dodges the attacks. 'So much for that deal dad made!' He thinks to himself.

"It's a fight, villains don't fight fair, do they? That Nomu thing sure didn't fight fair, did he? You know what I mean don't you? Midoriya Izuku? Todoroki responds, whispering the last part so people didn't hear that.

"DO NOT GO THERE, TODOROKI!" Izuku shouts. "I warn you!" Izuku punches another wave of ice, shattering it completely, sending ice shrapnel towards Todoroki.

"Looks like this time, I've touched a nerve!" Todoroki remarks, sliding away from the shrapnel.

Izuku takes a quick second to compose himself. "You know, you're not wrong, but don't think I'll let this slide!" Izuku ducks under the blade, going for a 100% punch at Todoroki's stomach. Ice starts to thicken around Todoroki's stomach in anticipation of the punch when Izuku misses and hits the ground instead.

"You missed.... You're getting tired Son of All Might!" Todoroki shouts at Izuku as he swings down.

"Looks like Uncle Enji didn't teach you about spatial awareness." Izuku says grabbing a block of the broken concrete and tossing it at Todoroki startling him. Using this moment of hesitation, Izuku sweep kicks Todoroki.

Falling down Izuku joins his hands together, slamming them down on Todoroki's armor, shattering it completely. He then knocks the sword away and pins Todoroki down.  "Looks like your armour isn't as strong as the real Susano-O!" Izuku exclaims. "It broke with a few strong punches, that was like 10 percent of what All Might uses normally, you're going to have to work on durability man!" Izuku tells him as he dodges another ice wave, only for a second one to catch his leg and hold it in place.
