The students file into the cafeteria 20 minutes later. They all sat on one huge table built to seat all the members of a class. Chatter was heard all over even though the cafeteria only housed one class at the time. On one side, Izuku was being questioned about his relationship with ochako and Katsuki while on the other, Mineta was well-being, Mineta.
"So, Yagi, how long have you known Bakugou and Uraraka?" Mina asked him.
"Well I've known Kaachan for all 18 years of my life and I've known this Mochi for 8 years." He answered.
"Oh, so you're all like buddies from school years. Nice. Next question, how do you know Yaomomo?"
"Oh, that's simple, I was helping my dad with some work at his office and Mr. Yaoyorozu and Yaomomo had come in regarding some work. So that's how we met." He explained.
"Yagi, you're forgetting the fact that your dad and my dad set us up on a date." Momo added.
"What!?!" most of the class exclaimed.
"Right, forgot that. Well, we never hit it off like they wanted so we decided to just be friends." Izuku added. "I never did plan on dating, but Yaomomo kinda opened my eyes to the face that I had been falling for ochako. Though it took about a year for me to completely realize that."
"I remember the whole time we were at that restaurant, Yagi kept talking about Uraraka and how she's making great progress in her training and all that." Momo explained. "He was falling for her, big time, and didn't even know it."
Izuku gets embarrassed and Ochako just looks at him with a blush. The rest of lunch was filled with all sorts of gossip. Halfway through their discussion, someone asked how Izuku had 2 quirks and Izuku started to explain, "Well like most people Blaze activated when I was 4 sometime after my birthday. Enhance on the other hand, well, it didn't have a normal activation."
Izuku explained before he got up. "I'll be right back guys, I need to use the restroom for a sec." he explained before walking away. Most of the class didn't think much of it save for the 3 that knew why he left. Ochako got up and followed Izuku while Momo and Katsuki stayed back to explain to the class why Izuku left.
"Alright, shitty extras listen up," Katsuki shouted to gain their attention. "I'm going to tell this to all of you once so listen carefully. Deku doesn't like to talk about the way his other quirk activated, so don't pester him too much about it. Am I understood?"
"Did something in the past?" Mina asked.
"From what little Mr. Yagi has told me, Izuku's mother passed away when he was 12 and that triggered his quirk to activate. He isn't completely over it still." Momo told the pink-skinned girl. "The rest well, it's better if Izuku tells you since it is his past."
The class understood this and decided to keep quiet about the deal. Izuku returned with Ochako a few minutes later and he continued his explanation. "Alright where was I, oh right, so when I was 12, I unlocked Enhance, it took time since I needed to train my body to be able to use the quirk. So that's all." The rest of the lunch was toned down compared to before but was still interesting.
The students returned to 1-A, where Aizawa was waiting for them. "Problem children get to know each other. I want all of you to come up here, explain your quirk, and tell me something about yourself." He said in a monotone voice.
Mina ran up to the front of the class and started to introduce herself. "The names Mina Ashido. My quirk allows me to secret acid from my body and is the reason my skin is pink, and my eyes are black. I can control the density, strength, and type of acid I secrete. If I go over my limit of acid quantity or acid strength, I can burn myself. I love to dance, and hate pervs. Also please call me mina." Mina told the class. "The next person I pick is Eijirou Kirishima."
