Chapter 37 - Quirkless Battle Royale Round 3

Toru was up against Kirishima. Most people assumed that the invisible girl would be easy to beat since she was still wearing her clothes and Kirishima was well built and strong. But the audience failed to realize that Toru had been winning her matches easily and it was all due to her strength. She wasn't just hard to hit but also hard to defend against. 

That combined with the difference in the speeds of the 2 students was the biggest factor in the match. Kirishima had high endurance and could take a lot of hits and was able to dish out strong ones as well but hitting the invisible girl who had enhanced reflexes and strength was going to be tough for him.

The two started to exchange blows, hitting each other over and over again. "You know looking at our abilities, you are probably the worst match-up I could get after Yagi and Bakugou. Your endurance and strength are great, mine not that much. But as it stands I outspeed you in every way possible and with my invisibility, you can't hit me that easily." Toru tells Kirishima about her attacks. 

"My attacks are due to pure training I endured since I was 6. And this is not where I give up. Tiger barrage!!!!" Toru exclaims before she kicks Kirishima in the stomach before releasing a barrage on Kirishima, knocking Kirishima out.

"TORU WINNNNNNNNNSSSS!!!!!!!!" Mic announces.

Toru walks back to the stands, a pissed-off look on her face as he walked past the girls that were congratulating her and went to the back, walking off to somewhere.

Cementoss fixes the arena for Bakugou's match with Shiro, we get up from the stands and make their way to the arena. Instead of it being a regular flat stadium like it was for the previous match, it was a moat of sorts with a square cement bed in the center, a 5-foot drop on all sides and 5 smaller rings around the main square ring that coils take only one person at a time.

"ALRIGHT FOLKS, FOR THE NEXT ROUND THE STADIUMS IS AS CEMENTOSS CALLS IT THE PITFALL. AND OUR CONTESTANTS FOR THIS MATCH ARE SAI SHIRO FROM 1-C AND KATSUKI BAKUGOU FROM CLASS 1-A. CONTESTANTS READY....... FIGHT!!!!" Mic announced as Katsuki and Sai rush at each other.

Katsuki catches Shiro's punch, before barraging her (yes Sai Shiro is a girl) with punches that Shiro blocks. "You're strong, Bakugou. But not strong enough." Shiro tells the boy before she ducks, and sweep kicks him. As Bakugou falls, Shiro quirky gets above him, and ax kicks him in the stomach. Bakugou falls to the ground getting stuck in the arena. Shiro starts to walk away before she hears some of the rubble moves.

She turns around to see Bakugou right behind her, rearing with a kick aimed at Shiro's head. Shiro blocks the kick but was pushed back. Katsuki doesn't stop there as he rushes at Shiro, disappearing from in front of her. Shiro is a rather surprising turn of events, vanishes as well. All that could be seen in the arena for 5 solid minutes are short gusts of air at the spots where the 2 stop for mere seconds.

"Uhh, guys what are you 2 looking at?" mina asks Izuku and Ochako who were turning their heads in random directions. "Oh, Kaachan and Shiro's fight," Izuku told her. "I'm surprised Shiro could keep up with kaachan. Of the 3 of us, he is the second fastest using the technique, Ocha is the fastest and can keep the technique up for longer. I am the worst."

"But you can use your quirk to outpace us 5-fold." Ochako chimed in. "That Shiro girl is amazing, I wonder what his quirk is?" Izuku wondered.

"Hey, hey." Mina tried to get their attention. "What's happening in the arena?"

"Well, Kaachan just punched Shiro in the gut and Shiro responded with a kick to his head. And now Kaachan has caught her leg and tossed her to the end of the arena." Izuku explained as there is a loud crack on the arena.
