Regrets and Hope

It's been a week since Drew talked to his now ex-girlfriend, Zoey. This school year had been nothing but horrible to him and Jake ditching the group and finding out that Zoey's been cheating on him. It's awful and sometimes, Drew doesn't know if he wants to continue on in this school.

The only silver lining so far is Stacy and her upperclassman friend, "Carol". Stacy was so kind to Drew no matter what and while "Carol" seemed to hate him, she eventually softened up. Drew didn't know if the rest of his friends actually care for him but at least the two girls were there for him.

Zoey was happy with her new...boyfriend. She moved on so quickly as if she didn't even care about Drew at all. The new boyfriend is apparently, a Sixth Form boy who's super-rich, a lot richer than Drew's family. Well, it doesn't matter now, Drew humiliated Zoey in front of the school but showing evidence of her cheating.

"WELL, DON'T ACT ALL HIGH AND MIGHTY DREW! YOU BETRAYED ME AS WELL FOR THAT TRASH OF A SIXTH FORM GIRL!" Zoey shouted while a blonde boy came running to comfort the woman. Drew had no idea what Zoey was talking about as she continued to shout about how "A QUIET NERD" caught Drew's eyes. 

"DON'T TALK ABOUT MY BEST FRIEND LIKE THAT!" Another voice shouted out and out walked Stacy. Carol seemed to be behind her as well but didn't say a single word. Drew sighed and was about to walk off but he felt a hand grab his.

"Don't walk away now Drew, you may be a bastard but you should break things off for now,"

"Drew, were you even paying attention to what I was saying?!" Stacy shouted while Drew was spacing off. He didn't pay attention at all but he did feel so heat rushing to his face from embarrassment. 

"Sorry Stacy, I was kind of busy thinking about last week, do you know what my ex meant about betraying her?" Drew replied making Stacy freeze. She didn't know how to tell about the fact that her friend had a crush on him and Zoey found out.

"No, not really. I'm not friends with that bitch, Drew," Stacy replied making Drew laugh slightly. He should've known that was going to be her response. Footsteps came by and Drew saw a black haired girl with blue eyes, along with a blonde girl. He felt his heart race slightly when he looked back at Stacy. Stacy just gave a smile.

"Well Drew, if that's all you need we should get back home now. Thanks for coming with me today, I'm glad you're here."

Zoey doesn't know what can she do after breaking up with Drew. She may have been using him for money but she did...love him at one point. Thank god that Draco Harris was there to comfort her. He may not have been the best boyfriend but he knew how to help Zoey when she was feeling down.

"Wait Zoey, what do you mean by Drew betraying you?" Draco asked when the two were out on their date at the mall again.

"Well...when he met that trash, he's been distant with me lately. He didn't want to talk to me and pretty much fell for her, he may not realise it but I did."

"You do know that if you stop thinking about him, the better your life will be right?" Draco responded and gave Zoey a peck on the cheek. Zoey giggled slightly and sighed, all she could think of is that how she used both of them and she felt regret for the first time in years.
