Flug watched as his boss made his way out of his room and into the hallway, shutting the door behind him.

One he was sure his boss was gone he flopped onto his bed,
he laid on his stomach, buried his face into his pillow and let out a quiet, yet high pitched scream.
He felt his face grow red.
What the hell just happened?!

He can't believe he actually yelled at his boss.
He can't believe he cried infront of him.
Or that black hat was actually being weirdly nice to him.
Or that he actually got to touch him..
His face grew warmer at that last part.

It seemed so casual at the time, but...
He can't believe he was so bold.
With the yelling and the touching,
What's gotten into me? He thought to himself

Could it be an effect of the bomb?
But how?
Why is everything so weird all of a sudden...

He rolled onto his back and reached out his injured hand to look at it.
He sat up to look at his hand more thoroughly, it wasn't as bad as he thought it would be, no broken bones, just bruising.
Despite the bandages not actually doing anything, it made him feel better.
He still couldn't believe black hat would do such a thing?
It was so out of character for him.
Maybe the bomb did have an effect on him...
Why else?

He went to touch his ribs again,
Unlike his arms, his torso was not in as good shape.
He looked over to his desk where the first aid kit was.
He knew he told black hat he was gonna get some rest, but...
He had to patch himself up better first.
Besides, he wasn't as nearly as dizzy as he was before.

He started to make his way off the bed,
He moved twords the edge,
placed his hands around his ribs and
carefully started to stand up,
It went much smoother this time.
He didn't think he was going to fall again, but he still felt awful.

He carefully and shakily made his was twords his desk and sat down.
He winced from the pain from moving around,
he just sat for a second.
He took a deep breath before continuing.
He looked at the first aid kit that was sitting on his desk, it was mostly full, he never used it, he had a first aid kit in the lab.
he never had the time to stay in his room for long anyways.
And besides, for the bigger injuries 505 would just fix him up.

Turning his attention back to the first aid kit, he noticed the only empty package in the box, the empty bandage wrapper.
He picked it up and couldn't help but smile,
He felt his face get a little warmer.
Maybe he was catching the same fever black hat had?
He quickly stuck the empty bandage wrapper into his desk drawer,
He wasn't usually a hoarder...
but he wanted to keep it, he didn't know why.

He shook it off and grabbed the proper bandages and started to patch himself up.
It took a while, and it was quite painful, but he managed.

He went back to bed, he was so tired.
And honestly, he wasn't sure how long it's been since he had some proper sleep,
rest that wasn't from passing out.
Hell, he didn't even know what day it was.

He went to go lay down on his bed,
His head was spinning from exhaustion.
He put his head on his pillow,
and closed his eyes.
....
But, he couldn't sleep.

His mind turned back to the image of black hat laying on his bed,
He was laying there, on his bed
his arm covering his obviously red face.
He's never seen his boss so open,
So vulnerable...
He would be lying if he said the only reason he reached out to touch his boss was to just check his temperature.
He hated to admit it but...
He liked seeing this side of him.

....
Ughhhh, he rolled onto his stomach,
slamming his face into his pillow, slightly hoping gravity would end his misery.
Why am I acting weird now....
He moved his arms under his face, creating a barrier between his face and the pillow to keep himself from suffocating.

He wanted to take his bag off before he fell asleep, but he didn't have the energy.
He wanted to sleep, but he couldn't get that image of black hat out of his head, no matter how hard he tried to think of something else.

Eventually after much fighting with himself his mind wandered back to the incident in the lab, he was sure that the mixture was just water.
The only reason it would've exploded in the first place is if it had turned back into water!
So why...
What happened to his boss?
He never did answer his question of whether or not he was in pain.
Was he?
And if he was, from what?
He mentioned being infected, instead of effected, but, was that a mistake on his part? Or was there something his boss wasn't telling him?
And if so why?
Could it have something to do with his fever?
To be fair, he's never know how boss to get sick,
Maybe he was just embarrassed?
Why would he be?

Too many questions were bouncing around in his head, it was driving him crazy.

Did the bomb have a weird side effect i didn't think of?
But if it did, wouldn't i have been effected?
I was the one in the center of it,
If anything i should be affected the worse.
It doesn't make sense.
Does dementia or 505 have any symptoms?

He was way too worked up now, there was no way he could sleep.
But...
He made a deal with black hat that he would.
And he really wanted to take the opportunity to examine him boss.
It was a once in a lifetime chance,
And he'd hate to waste it over something so stupid.

He sighed and just continued to lay there,
He hated it when he got like this,
His brain was running a thousand miles an hour, but his body felt like a rotting corpse.
He was too tired to fall asleep.

He looked out the window that was across the room, even though he had his curtains mostly closed, he could tell it was night.
I wonder what time it even is...
He just laid on his back and stared at the ceiling.
Waiting for something to happen....
Eventually his body was too exhausted and his eyelids started shutting without him being able to stop it,
He slowly started drifting into sleep.

But before he could fall asleep completely,
The last thing he thought of, was the image of black hat in his bed again...

Then, his exhaustion took over, and he finally got to sleep.
