"Little" Push

"The book should be around here somewhere" I said as I climbed the wooden ladder.

Karl and I are in the library trying to find a book.

"Okay just be careful George" Karl said as he continued to search.

"Careful is my middle name" I said as I chuckled.

I began to scan through the books titles.

"NotFound Beginnings.....Winter Festival.....HERE IT IS" I said as I grabbed the book.

"Mushroom Festival" I said as I waved the book in the air.

"CAREFUL" Karl shouted.

"Relax I am not even that high up" I said as I looked down.

If I did fall it would hurt but not thag deadly.

I began to fix the books I had moved. The library door had opened.

"Oh hey Dream" Karl said as he walked towards him.

"Dream?" I said as I tried to look over to him.

I lost my balance. A loud thud was heard. Soon after books came falling down.

"Fuck" I said quietly.

That hurt. Like really bad.

I felt books coming off of me.

"George are you alright" Karl said as he moved the books off of me.

"Admit for a minute there you were falling for me" Dream said as he laughed.

"Oh shut it" I said as I stood up.

Shit the book.

"Karl....I lost the book"

"Oh maybe it's in the pile?"

"Maybe.....damn the hurt" I said as I sat down on a chair nearby.

"I thought careful was your middle name" Karl said as he giggled.

"It was but now it's not" I said as I groaned

"Wow they really just took away your middle name, now what's next? Your last name?" Karl said jokingly.

"Yeah, I am going to replace it with "WasTaken"" Dream said as he laughed.

"Not funny Dream" I said as I laid my head on the table.

"WasTaken?" (Karl)

"Yeah that's my last name" Dream said as he stopped laughing.

"OHHHHH I GET IT NOW" Karl said as he laughed.

Dream chuckled.

"What are you doing here anyways"

"Just visiting my boyfriend" Dream said as he helped put away the books.

"Boyfriend?" Karl said as he put some books away.

"Not official yet" (Dream)

"Ohhh okay" (Karl)

"He is lying Karl we aren't even seeing each other" I said as I stood up.

"Maybe we could have a double date" (Dream)

"Oh sorry I am not seeing anyone" Karl said with a small smile.

"What about....Sapnap" Dream said with a chuckle.

"Oh um I mean if he is okay with it sure as a friend date and you two as a date date" Karl said as he picked up the book we needed.

"I found it I am going to take it to your room so we don't lose it again and maybe get a drink of water" Karl said as he walked out the library.

The moment he left I went towards Dream and and pulled his shirt.

"What the fuck was that" I said I pulled him towards me.

"What?" Dream said as he chuckled.

"The last name thing and the date thing" I said annoyed.

"Oh come on the last name thing was smooth and the date thing was a little push for them and us" Dream said as he winked.

"Karl said a friend date not an actual date"

"Well it will be a date date" (Dream)

"Whatever"

"What's up with you?" (Dream)

"What do you mean"

"You seem so unhappy with me" Dream said as he sighed.

".....I am not"

"You hesitated" (Dream)

"I did not"

"Yeah you did, tell me what's up" Dream said as he grabbed my hand.

"Dream...it's a lot to take in you know, I lo-like you I really do but there is just so many things for me to take in" I said as I sighed.

"I am sorry if I am stressing you out George" he said as he laid his head on my head.

I hugged him. I felt warmth and didn't want to let go. I hugged him tighter.

"Dream..."

"Yeah?" (Dream)

"How would it work? How would we work?"

"What do you mean" (Dream)

"You are immortal and a demon....I am just a mortal"

"There's ways, just how Skeppy and Bad did but Skeppy had to make a hard decision, and if we do end up together...you will have to make that decision" (Dream)

"What's the decision?"

"Wither or not you want to be.....immortal" Dream said as he lifted his head off my head.

"That would mean you would live forever, watching everyone you know and love die one by one....stuck on Earth for eternity" (Dream)

Watching them die? Staying here forever?

"And if I don't choose that?"

"Then you will be a mortal and I would have to make the most of your time here" Dream said as he picked me up.

He hugged me tightly. I hugged him back. He looked me in the eyes. His beautiful green eyes. I looked at his soft pink lips. We began to go closer. We were face to face. I was still being carried. We leaned in for a kiss. Suddenly we heard the door open. Dream gave me a quick kiss and put me down.

"Did I disturb you guys? I am sorry" (Karl)

"No no it's fine George just had something on him and I was helping him get it off" Dream said as he chuckled.

I put my hand on my lips. I could still feel Dream's lips on mine. I looked at him. He was smiling. Him and Karl were talking. There was muffled talking, my whole mind was focused on him and only him. Dream began to laugh. He wasn't paying attention to me and talking with Karl. I still had my hand on my lips. His hair glowed in the light. He had a tint of pink on his cheeks. His eyes are perfect, his hair is perfect, his lips are perfect, his laugh is perfect.

He is......

"Perfect" I blurted.
