Dark Magic

I flopped on my bed. I grabbed the paper from my pocket and took a look at it. It was written clear as day. Reality is not what it seems. What does it mean. I need answers. I don't really believe in dark magic or any magic at all. This all seems to weird. I get up and head towards my bookshelf. I had a picture of my younger brother. I grabbed it and held it close to my heart.

"I will always remember you.....Techno"

I put the picture back on the shelf. I will find out who killed you Techno or who took you. I scanned the books to look for one about dark magic. Nothing of interest was there. Maybe the library has something. I went out my door to be greeted by my father.

"Well hello father"

"Hello George, did you find a lady to your liking?" he said in a strict tone.

Shit I forgot about that.

"Um no not yet I was thinking we can maybe host some sort of a ball?" I said with a weak smile.

"Great idea, I will go meet a planner right now in the village" he said as he walked away.

As soon as he walked away I stopped smiling. I walked towards the library. I walked in and shut the door behind me. I let out a big sigh and began to look for a book on dark magic. I grabbed a few books on magic and placed the on the table. There is a round table in the middles with books surrounding it. I heard the door open and shut.

"Hello?" (Alissa)

"Alissa?"

She came towards me and smiled.

"What are you doing here?"

What is she doing here? Doesn't she have something better to do? I just need to be alone.

"Well my job is to assist you and well looks like you don't need assistance. " She said with a big smile.

She looked over to the table and looked back at me.

"Or do you?"

She walked closer and closer to the table. I stood in the way and she knocked me down. I hit my head on the table. She was on top of me.

"Ouch" I said as I place my hand on my head.

She turned red and quickly got up.

"I am so sorry I will grab an ice pack!" she said as she ran out the library.

I got up and opened on of the books. In reality I wasn't hurt at all. I don't feel pain. I do bleed but I don't feel pain. I faked that it hurt so she will leave me for a bit. I flipped through the pages. I admit I am...different. I am guy who has no emotions and feels no pain. No one knows and I have to keep it that way. I heard footsteps so I quickly put the book down and sat down. I put my hand on my head and waited for her to walk in.

"I am so sorry" she said as she handed me the ice pack.

"All good"

I put the ice pack on my head and acted as if I was in pain.

"Y-you're bleeding" she said as she pointed to my injury.

I put my hand where it was and sure enough there was blood on my fingers. She grabbed a cloth and wiped the blood away. She apologized and walked out the library.

I sat down and began to read.

Dream POV

"What the fuck Techno" I said as I wiped the blood away from my mouth.

"Not my fault" Techno said with a smirk on his face.

We were practicing shooting arrows at targets. Techno had accidentally punched me.

"Technoblade" said a voice from behind him.

"Sapnap? What are you doing here?" (Techno)

"Well I heard there is going to be a ball at the palace with prince George, aren't we going to you know" Sapnap said as intimidated choking noises.

"No we are not" Techno said in a firm voice.

"Why not, don't tell you are a pussy" Sapnap said as he laughed.

Techno aimed him bow at Sapnap.

"No means no" he said in a angry tone.

"Okay okay put the bow down" (Sapnap)

Techno threw the bow to the ground.

"We kill bit we don't kill those who do no harm" (Techno)

George POV

I grabbed a book that was the most useful and dashed to my room. I was going to attempt to do magic. I locked my doors and sat on my bed. I flipped to page 67 where the spell was written. The spell was to summon some sort of god? I was going to start but pussied out. I grabbed the book and looked outside. It was dark already. Father should be sleeping and no one should be looking for me. I decided to sneak out.I put on a white shirt with a blue sweat shirt on top and thew on some black jeans to hopefully "blend in". I grabbed a book bag and placed the book inside. I put the book back on and opened the windows. It was breezy. I looked down. It was a huge fall, it wouldn't hurt but I would break a bone. My room was about 3 stories above. There was a roof about a story down that I could land on. I jumped onto it and hopped down to the ground. Figuring out a way to get back in was a problem for future me. I sneaked past the guards and walked out the gates. I was in the village. I forgot I had my crown on and quickly stuffed it into my bag. I walked along the village and walked to a field of grass. I walked far out into it and sat down. I never allowed to do something like this but it feels great. A bit more far out is a forest, maybe I will go there later if I have time. I felt my hair move with the breeze. Someone walked by but had dropped something near me. I looked over and saw it was a bow. I grabbed it and stood up. It was a tall guy with dirty blond hair, he had a scar over his eye. I looked at him and just handed it to him.

"Sorry about that" he said.

"It's fine"

I sat back down and admired the stars. He sat down next to me.

"What are you doing oit here alone" he asked as he set his bow down beside him.

"Admiring the stars I guess"

"Oh, it really is nice out" (???)

"Yeah I don't really get to see it often"

"Oh really?" (???)

"Yeah"

"The names Dream" the guy said as he held his hand out.

"George" I said as I shook his hand.

"That name sounds familiar" (Dream)

"Weird"

"Yeah, I should get going, hope I see you around George" he said as he grabbed his bow and stood up.

"Bye"

He walked towards the forest and disappeared. I took out my book. I am ready...I began to read the spell aloud. Nothing happened. Oh well, nothing happened so it just wasn't real. I put the book away and stared at the stars. They looked beautiful.

"Hello, George" (???)
