Ana has a curse. One which everyone else would want, but Ana hated. Ana could never die. Her body had some genetic mutation that caused her body to remain perfectly healthy and pristine forever.
Shot in the heart? Her body would immediately fix it without causing her to lose a single drop of blood. Drowned? Her body would float and nothing could push her down. Aging and failing organs? No natural cause of death could kill Ana, even heart failure.
Ana had a super-body.
Wrinkles? Non-existent. Her body made sure of that. Memory loss and other aging issues? Ana's body didn't even know what those were.
Ana was a hundred year old woman trapped inside a body of a twenty year old. Ana had adapted and she had multiple men trying to get her. But no one knew her secret, and she kept herself isolated. She never planned to let anyone in.
Until someone discovered her secret and had to be let in.

Sorry I haven't updated in a while! I'm working on one of my other books (Different) and I'm hoping to release it sooner rather than later. :)
This plot is kind of based on the show Forever (which is an amazing show. Watch it if you can) and a book I just started to read. It's kind of a combination between the two, never aging, and never dying, and I think it is an interesting concept. :)
