xv. Colorful ✴️
He saw the world in a way that was full of undiscovered color. She was color blind.
Henry lover to push the boundaries. At 17, he had traveled most of the world, after leaving no rock or stone unturned in his town. He was an adventurer, an explorer, someone who thought the world was as bright and colorful as it could possibly be.
Harissa hasn't always been color blind. Only after an accident that left her blind in one eye and severed the other's color preceptor. She had one glass eye and one eye that couldn't see the color and beauty of the world. The kids at school called her 'glassy' or 'glass face', not realizing that she had almost died trying to save her father-she was a hero.
Only Henry realized this, because he had been there, he had been a witness to the accident that left Harissa without an eye. He loved her courage, and secretly, he even loved her.
But how can someone who loved color ever fit with someone who was color blind?
