Lizza's POVI groan at the thunderous beeping sound in my skull. It feels like my brain is hammered from the inside non stop. I feel like crying. It hurts so much. I groan again, wiggling in my position, unsuccessfully.
" I am here, love." I hear the most beautiful voice I've ever yearned for. It is followed by a caress of my arm then cheek.
I try forcing my eyes open to see him. When they finally do after a while, I see nothing at first then complete white, next.
I groan at the amount of light trying to tear my head apart. I whimper at the intensity of the pain in my head, a rush of emotions rising in my insides.
" Are you in pain, love?" I hear Klaus' voice ask and I slightly nod feeling like my head is being cracked open. A sob leaves my lips and Klaus is instantly on his feets and looking at me with worry.
" Where do you feel pain, my love?"
" My head" I stutter in between whimpers. His hand comes up to my cheek and I takes a hold of it, hugging it like my life depends on it. I start sobbing as the pain intensifies.
I cry silently as I feel my head continuously bang and crack in extreme pain.
I feel Klaus' other hand pass through my hair a few times which causes the pain to considerably drop. He wipes my tears next before the door is burst open. I don't open my eyes to see who it is but Klaus growls lowly at the intruder.
I hear multiple steps walking into and through the room. They gather next close to me. I hug Klaus' hand as I feel the pain growing once more inside my head.
" Klaus." My voice comes out coarse and my throat, sandy.
" My love."
" My head" I cry.
" What about your head, love?" He asks passing his other hand through my hair once more.
" It hurts." I say then pull my lips in a tight line in other to restrain myself from sobbing infront of whoever is in the wherever Klaus and I are but tears pass through my closed eyes lids.
" You will be fine soon" he says passing his hand through my hair once more, massaging my scalp in the process which calms me a lot.
" She's in pain. Get her some acetaminophen" I hear him growl. Why is he not subsiding the pain with his powers? I open my eyes and our eyes meet. I whimper.
" You will be fine, love" he says passing his hand through my hair and I relax. A guy comes next to me with a glass of water and a tablet in his hand but Klaus almost snatches it from him before helping me up to drink.
When I'm done, he lays me back down and I sigh in relief at the taste of water on my tongue.
" Sir, we need to check her up" a manly voice stutters. I hear Klaus growl lowly at him. I squeeze his hand which is still in mine for him to calm down. I'm probably in a hospital since there are white walls, a surprisingly confortable bed and Klaus sitting next to me.
What happened for me to be here?
Klaus growls and it takes me out of my little confusion. The growl could shake the whole room.
" Only a female doctor will touch her. Leave, now!" He growls to who I guess is a male doctor. I whimper softly and he's taking my hand in his next, passing his other hand through my hair and kissing my forehead.
" I am here, love" he whispers to me, surely considering my headache for which I'm really grateful because the painkillers aren't fully effective yet.
" Get a f*****g female doctor." he turns to the doctors and nurses, growls when he looks back to them. A female doctor comes in the next few minutes. She checks me up, saying I'm fine before putting me to sleep for which I am grateful.
