Epilogue
"Baby, we have to get up now. It's 7:04" I said getting up.
"Five minutes, babe" he groaned, covering his head with the comforter. I laughed pulling the comforter from his body. "Baby.." he groaned, finally getting up running his hand through his hair.
"I'm getting ready now, so you better go get your shirt and pants ready, okay?" I say grabbing my towel.
I washed and conditioned my blonde hair and stepped out of the shower taking a solid two minutes to admire my new hairstyle. The layers and the purple highlights just go well with my hair. I walked out to find Mitchell shirtless ironing his shirt. I walked to the bed to find my dress all ready on the bed plus my pair of heels at the corner of the bed. I smiled walking over to him and pecked his cheek.
"Thank you" I smiled, earning one from him. I wiped my body dry, wore matching lingerie and stepped into the dress Mitch had picked for me. Yes, I said step into the dress. I can't wear dresses from my head. I put the dress on and struggled to zip it up from behind.
"Babe?" I called Mitch and he came closer to me with a 'hm?'. "Can you put the zip thing please?" I turned around my back facing him and pulled my hair to one side. He zipped my dress up, placing a kiss on my back before I turned around to find him with this big smile on his face.
"What?" I asked
"Nothing, you just look beautiful." I blushed.
"Thank you. You'll look good too in your outfit, so go dress up" I pecked his cheek before sitting on the bed and putting on my heels. I packed a few things including my phone and my wallet in a matching clutch.
"Baby I'm-" I stood up from the bed just to see Mitchell coming out dressed in his shirt and pants. My eyes scanned at how his shirt fit him perfectly. Not too tight but not too loose either, just right. I would've been staring for a while because I heard him chuckling walking closer to me.
"Do you like it?" He asked, wrapping his arms around my waist. I couldn't help but smile.
"I love it" I kissed his chest because mister here has left the first few buttons undone. Just the way I like it. "But you might want to put these on," I smirked, buttoning his shirt. I ran my fingers through his hair. "Okay, get your shoes on. I'll be downstairs" I said before leaving the room.
I went to the kitchen, grabbing my coffee from the fridge for the time being.
"Let's go, yeah?" Mitchell came down a few minutes later and found me in the kitchen.
"Let's go" I said and we both left in his car after locking up and all.
"When we're coming back, I'm driving." I said turning up the radio.
"Will see." He smiled before increasing the volume even more.
"I hope they play this song there." I mumble, singing the lyrics. "What is it like?" I asked after a few minutes of silence. I've never been to a wedding before. This is my first time and I'm nervous but excited too.
"That's for me to know and you to find out." He smirked eyes on the road. I couldn't help but laugh at his choice of words.
"Oh yeah?" I looked at him through the mirror. "Just-just give me a hint?" I whined.
"You'll see in a bit, babe" he said and I sighed.
"Fine" he laughed but placed his hand on my thigh making me smile at the sweet gesture.
