After getting back from their New York adventure, the members of C.E.L.E. were back at their house.
"Okay, guys. We only have two more places to go on for our world tour, and if Felix escapes jail, he will most likely be somewhere to do something to a famous monument from there. The question is..... Where could he strike next?" Lila explained.
"Well, we've been to Mexico, Brazil, Italy, England, and New York. What other famous monuments are there in the world?" Elina asked.
"The Great Wall of China, he could strike there next," Elliott replied.
"Well, guys. Pack your bags. Our next stop is to China," Chary declared. They packed their bags and made reservations for a hotel that was on the Ritz-Carlton Beijing Financial Street.
They made it in, and Elina (being fluent in Chinese) walked up to the front desk and spoke in rapid Chinese to the man at the front for their room key.
"Now that we are in China, we should just act like we are usual tourists but be ready when we are at the Great Wall of China," Chary said at the forbidden city.
They then went to the Terracotta Warriors that were each taller than all of them combined! They finally arrived at the Great Wall of China.
"So the Great Wall of China was built to keep China's enemies out of China," Elliott said, looking up at the wall.
"But now it will be the Block of China with the help of me!" yelled a voice from above which they could tell immediately was Felix's.
"How were you able to escape from jail so quickly?" Elina asked.
"A great villain never reveals his secrets," Felix replied.
"And how are you going to turn the Great Wall of China into the Block of China?" Lila asked.
"I will use my latest machine and attach a lot of wire to the wall, and when I push the button on the machine, any part of what the wire is attached to will explode!" Felix yelled. He let out his maniacal laugh and began to attach wire all around the Great Wall of China.
"Elina, Elliott, you guys remove the wires, Chary, you and I will try to stop Felix!" Lila yelled. Using Elliott's grappling hook and some rope, the members of C.E.L.E. climbed up the rope and onto the Great Wall of China.
They quietly walked behind Felix, and while Elina and Elliott removed the wires, Chary and Lila tried to remove the cables that Felix was hooking the wall with from his hand. Unfortunately, Felix was too fast, and when he turned around, he grabbed Chary and held her over the Great Wall of China!
"You let her go right now, or I will fight you!" Lila demanded.
"Why should I?" Felix asked. He looked over the wall and saw a stream with a strong current down below. "As you wish," Felix told Lila. He then let go of Chary over the wall and let her fall into the stream below! Luckily after Felix released her, Chary was able to grab onto the wall.
"So we meet again. I will finish hooking on all of the wire, push this button, and the Great Wall of China will become the Block of China!" Felix said.
"If you try to do that, you will need to get through me first," Lila replied.
"And us as well," Elina added from behind Lila with Elliott next to her, for they had finished removing the wire that Felix had attached to the Great Wall of China.
"You're right. And because of that, I think I will kill you guys first, for your other friend is not available right now by using my new machine and blowing you up just like you did to my old colleague!" Felix yelled.
"Fun fact: Dr. Armando actually escaped that explosion and is still alive," Elliott explained as Felix began tying him, his sister, and Lila with some leftover wire and, after bringing them off the bridge, tied them to a tree with the rest of the wire!
Back with Chary, she decided that the river's current wasn't that strong and that she could swim it. So she let go of the Great Wall of China, fell in the river, and swam back to land, up to Felix.
"Felix, stop right now!" Chary yelled to Felix.
"Why should I? Once I push this button, your colleagues will be nothing but black dust," Felix replied. Just before he pushed the button, Chary hit the controls out of his hand and began to do some karate moves. During the battle, she went up to the tree that her friends were tied to and cut the wires, replacing them with dummies that she brought with her everywhere.
They ran off just before Felix pushed the button, and the tree exploded. Luckily for the members of C.E.L.E., the machine could only be used once. They returned to the hotel and had some sushi (even though Chary and Elliott fed most of it to Connie and Patch).
"Looks like we stopped Felix once again today, but we only have one country we can visit, so we must choose wisely," Chary said.
"You're right, but for now, how about we just relax in China?" Lila offered, and everyone agreed.
