On the plane I started having issues breathing but I didn't tell anyone. I managed to keep Ace from realizing that I was struggling but Bear kept whining at me. "I'm okay baby boy. Here. Come sit with me." I pat my legs for him to sit on my lap. He whined and carefully jumped up in my lap. He sat on my legs and laid his head on my chest. I still couldn't breathe well and he licked my cheek and then Aces arm to get his attention. He whined at Ace and laid his head back over on my chest. Ace leaned over and could hear me wheezing. "Baby how long have you been like this?" "About an hour and 45 minutes... I'm fine Ace. It's just a little thin up here. We're about to descend anyways." The seatbelt lights came on at that moment as if to prove my point. "Babe it doesn't matter that were about to descend. It matters that you're having trouble breathing and didn't tell anyone... Why would you do that?.." I frowned and we started going downward. Bear whined and I hugged him. It made me tired trying to breathe through the altitude change. "I didn't tell you because I didn't want you to worry..." I said quietly.

After we got off the plane we went toward the parking lot to find Ryan waiting to pick us up. We got in the truck and after walking all of the stairs and carrying everything I felt like I could pass out. Bear continued to stay on high alert even after I took his vest off in the car. He watched me breathe and he whined a few times when I made faces that showed my pain obviously. I would kiss his muzzle and look out the window. I didn't talk all the way home at all. Ryan kept looking at me in the rearview. "Princess... What's wrong?" I shook my head still trying to get air in and out of my lungs better. I was glad I had to do oxygen therapy tomorrow. We got home and Ace went to the bedroom and got my oxygenator hooked up. He grabbed my hand and lead me down the hall and sat me down. He handed me the mask and I put it on my face and waited to turn it on. He ended up doing it for me and I looked at him sadly. After I could breathe normally and didn't hurt to try I took the mask off and walked to the living room still without speaking. Ace followed me and wrapped his arms around my waist. He kissed my cheek and I turned around. "Can we go get our baby now? I promise I'm okay." He nodded. "Okay baby. As long as you're okay." I hugged him. "I don't feel well still. I just really hope you don't get sick too..." He hugged me tight. "I won't get sick. This isn't even contagious anymore. If I was going to get sick it would've already happened. Mason won't get sick either baby. Okay?" I nodded and we went to get Mason. On the way there my lungs started hurting again and I felt like I was going to fall asleep walking. I slowed up some and Ace turned around. "Are you okay baby?" I nodded. "I'll be fine. I'm just tired because of the flight." He nodded and his eyes showed his worry. "Well maybe we should take a nap while we're down here... I'm pretty tired too." I frowned. "You don't have to do that. I can walk back home after we get Mase." He frowned too and he picked me up and carried me the rest of the way to the house which didn't help me stay awake. I was still about to fall asleep and he knew it. We got to the front door and he set me back on my feet. I leaned over on him and when Tommy opened the door he evaluated my face. "I'm gonna go call Mikes wife." "No no it's okay. I'm just still sick and kinda tired. I'll be fine. They're out of town anyways." I said and he hugged me. "I missed you Kinley... Ace... You guys don't understand how hard it is for us to be away from you. You kids take too good care of us old geezers." I laughed and hugged him tighter. "You're not old! Kash isn't even close to old. I think he might be younger than me. Plus as it stands you're in better health than me." He frowned. "Your lungs will get better soon baby girl." I nodded and we went inside to find Mason playing with Kk in the front room. "Hi baby!" I said and he looked up really fast. He got up and ran to me. I picked him up and hugged him and kissed his forehead. He smiled with his nose scrunched up and then he saw Ace. "Dad!" He basically dove out of my arms trying to get to Ace who took him and held him up over his head. Mason giggled and smiled huge. Ace held him upside down for a second and he smiled even bigger than before. I smiled and sat down on the couch beside Kash. He wrapped his arm around my shoulders and hugged me. I was about to fall asleep and he could tell so he started playing with my hair. "You're staying here for dinner tonight... Right?" Lily asked and I nodded slightly but waited for Ace to answer after he saw me nod. "Yeah we can stay mom." I fell asleep on Kash's shoulder and didn't wake up until it was dinner time. When I did wake up Ace was where Kash was and Kash was waking both of us up. I jumped when he touched me and he apologized quietly. I got up and we went to eat in the kitchen. Mason sat beside me and ate most of his food. "Good job baby!" I said as I got him out of the highchair. I finished eating my food and stood up to hold Mason. He fell asleep on my shoulder and I sat back down beside Ace. Ryan knocked on the front door and I went to get it. He took Mason off my shoulder and laid him on the couch and covered him up. Then he walked back over to me and hugged me tight.
