It's been a month since we tried out and Jack and I have been texting non stop it's been so much fun getting to know him better and I broke up withy toby the day I got back because I finally realized I just wasn't happy in that relationship. So it's a month later and it's the day that the team lists get posted!!! I'm so excited!!! Just then I get a text from Jack
"-Good morning beautiful what are you up to besides refreshing your laptop every 5 seconds?"
"Texting you, what about you I bet your doing the exact same thing and let me guess you twin is peering over your shoulder?"
"Yep what about yours?"
"Always😂"
"I'll text you later I'm still really tired"i read on my lock screen a few minutes later

"Wake up jack, the lists are up!!! We all made the team we all mad tglc!!!!! FIRST PRACTICE: JUNE 24. Get ready!!!" I send Jack this text as soon as the lists are up and then hug Emma and jump around with her
"EMILY WE'RE ON TOP GUN LAREGE COED!!!!!" She yells
"I KNOW EMMA IM SO EXCITED!!!!" I yell back this time full of excitement
Then mom comes bursting in asking if everything is alright as soon as she knows the news she starts jumping and telling with us! She's genuinely excited for us!!! We haven't told our best cheer friend, Oggy (her real name is Emily Ogston so we just call her Oggy) yet, and I'm not sure how she's going to react but I'm really excited to tell Tory about TGLC she's been really mean to Emma and me since we got our backhand spring before her when we were five. Ever since then we have always been on the same team and Emma and I have always been in front of her for almost everything in the routines. And I mean I would be happy to leave her but there were also times when we all had a lot of fun, at practices or outside of them. Shes a good person it's just not to Emma and me...
"Does coach know?" Emma asks mom
"Yes I called him after you girls left for tryouts and over the phone he sounded sincerely, very happy for the two of you. So I'm going to go give him a call now and book your flights out to Florida!!! When's your first practice again?" she asks
"The 24 of March..."
"WHAT THATS IN TWO DAYS GIRLS!"
