Surprise!

I wake up to my phone vibrating, at 9:36 am. I'm about to just turn it off when I see the texts are all from Jack, I groan and unlock my phone. All the texts are between 8:58 and now the most recent one just coming in.

Emily I'm coming over
I have a surprise planed
Wake up I'm out front
Emily I've been here for 10 minutes

I turn out my phone to the side but I keep getting texts from him to hurry up. So I just throw on a short white dress that cuts off halfway down my thighs, I match it with a pair of my favourite heels and throw my hair up into a high pony. I grab my phone and run downstairs to meet Jack. When I find him he's sitting on the front porch with a big red box beside him I immediately run to the box begging him with my eyes to be able to open it. He just nods his head and I rip the box open inside there's tissue paper blocking my view of whatever he was giving me. I just thrown the paper aside and lift up a gorgeous short pink dress and a pair of matching heels inside one of the heels I find a silver neckless that has an E on it and in the other one I find he's favourite bracelet the one that his dad gave him when he was 12. I put them all back in the box and throw it aside as I give him a huge hug he pulls back just enough to steal a kiss from me but when he pulls away I grab his shirt pulling him back in and giving him a deeper kiss.

"Well considering the way you reacted I'm going to be bringing you a lot more presents." He laughs as he says this only half joking.

"Well thank you so much for these I love them all." As I say this I give him one last quick kiss before heading over to the box and searching for the bracelet once I find it I put it on and head over to Jack. He's looking at me weirdly almost as if he expected me to react different.

"You have Nike pros, dresses, high heels and jewelry in that box. But you don't care about that do you, I mean of course you care you love them I know you do. But you love the bracelet the most. The first thing you got out of that box, the only thing you got out of that box is the only thing that didn't cost me anything. The oldest ugliest thing in that box and it's the thing you care about most. How did I ever get so lucky with you." The last part he says in barley a whisper I'm not even sure I heard him right but it makes me smile.

"I love you Emily, so much thanks for giving me a chance to even talk to you." I quickly walk over to him and hug him, he then picks me up and then puts me back down but we stay in this hug, this amazing warm hug for a while and I think I end up falling asleep because the next day I wake up in his arms on my bed with his bracelet still on my hand.
