Hannah

It's been a week since Jack got released from the hospital and it's been kinda fun. We're basically playing house and I got to skip school to take care of him! But Hannah is just starting to get used to her new school. I don't understand why it's hard. there is legit 20 boys that are obsessed with her, and she has a boatload of friends! But I understand why, she's beyond gorgeous plus everyday she wears clothing that a model would wear!!! I fall asleep in Jacks arms thinking about her and truth be told I'm glad she's here.
She's pretty amazing and I've missed so much, she's been at birding school for the past two years and I only see her at Christmas. I was going to go but they don't have any cheer teams there so I decided to stay.

"Emily, Emily wake up. Its time for practice." Jack shakes me awake a few hours later
"Oh right sorry, I'll go get changed!"
I throw on my team shorts from last year and one of jacks shirts, I've gotten kinda obsessed with the looseness of them. Then I rush back into Jacks room and pull him out of bed. The sad thing is, is that the coach was going to take him off the team because of his recovery time but I told her that if he leaves I will quit and she decided to keep both of us!!!

At the practice gym coach Liam is talking with Tammy's mom Kenny's dad and silvies mom and they are yelling at him
"What do you think is going on there" Jack asks me
"I don't know but it doesn't seem good, you don't think their quitting do you?"
"No definitely not they love cheer!"
We decide to walk straight into the gym with Hannah in tow and even though I'm in cheer clothes she's in running shoes (she wears runners with everything!) with a black pencil skirt and a crop top and ALL the guys look over at me and jack gets really defensive and hands me his sweater which goes half way down my thighs. And all I do is laugh as the boys trade their attention to Hannah as she takes out her pony tail and shakes out her long blonde curly hair. And Jean runs over.
"Hannah this is Jean, Jean this is Hannah my sister." Even though I introduce them and their both chatter boxes they just stare at each other until coach Liam comes in and calls me over.
"Emily who is that and can she cheer?" Coach asks me
"Yeah she's really good! Last year she was on Orlando all starts Angels! She has her double and an amazing flyer. And just your luck she just moved in with me. Her names Hannah and she's my sister."
"Great, would she like to be on the team?"
"Yes she would love to!" I answer for her
"Well get her away from Jean and into some cheer clothes she's practicing! Oh and do you knew anyone else who cheers?"
"Yeah I have two friends I could call and ask. They both have doubles and I pretty sure they are good flyers why?"
"Tammy and Silvie quit and I wouldn't be surprised if I got a call from Kenny soon"
"Oh" is all I can get out. Tammy was starting to be a good friend of mine. And I know that Emma was really good friends with Kenny! I run towards Hannah and see that she's flirting with Jean, I laugh when I see this out of all the boys in this gym.
"Hannah guess what?!?" I pull her aside but Jean follows.
"What?" She asks, and I really don't think she expected to make the team halfway through the season. In fact I didn't expect her to and it's amazing how things worked out!!!
"Your on large coed for the remainder of the season!" She jumps up and down and yells excitedly and the whole team laughs, I don't think they know why she freaked out but it's kinda cute she did.

When the coach tells the team the news about Tammy, Kenny and Silvie they all seem sad to know about this especially Kennys bases, they were really close. It's not that hard to believe that tammy quit she's new this year and she never really love the team. But the fact the Silvie and Kenny quit, they were on the team for three years, it'd just a bit of a shock.
"So anyways, I found a replacement for Tammy! Her names Hannah and I think she'll fit right in." Hannah was still changing and coach knew that
"Well that was awkward I was expecting her to enter at that moment." Everyone laughs and that's when Hannah decides to come out.
"Everyone ten laps and then stretch. No conditioning today!!!" Everyone cheers and starts running. Except for me and I know I should but I need to go check on Jack.
"So how are you feeling?"
"Better I think I'm going to come back to practice in three weeks."
"Ok good because my temporary back sucks at life" he laughs at this and I'm glad I can make him laugh he's been so serious since the accident and even though he can start driving he doesn't want to. I stretch in front of him and Emma and Hannah run over.
"Hey" they say simultaneously did I mention the fact that even though Hannah isn't our twin, we usually find ourselves talking at the same time.

Hannah is trying out the stunt in Tammy's old stunt group and its going great! She gets it the third time she tries the stunt and coach Liam is impressed! When we start to warm up tumbling she throws her double right off the bat and the whole team claps for her she's really good and without her we'd be struggling because losing three tops half way through the season is definitely not ideal! We start to put her in all the formations in the routine and she's in all of it!!! I'm super happy for her, and when we run the routine she only bobbles in the handstand flip up but it's understandable she just learned the whole routine today and she's in almost everything!!!

After practice Jack decides that he want to drive and I let him he hasn't touched the wheel since his accident! And Hannah, Emma and Jake drive home in Jakes car. Jack smiles over at me before starting the car and I reach for his hand and he happily takes it. And at this moment I realize that he's moving his neck more freely almost as if it doesn't hurt as much anymore and I'm glad. The doctor said that he an start practicing a week after he feels his neck is better and he can take the neck brace type thing off!
As we drive we talk about NCA which is now in two weeks and about how our 6 month anniversary is really soon and that's when we pull up to the house and no one is there yet, and when we both get out of the car I notice a sign that says, "thank you for taking care of me Emily!❤️" and that's when he takes the brace off and I run up to hug him. I'm so glad he's back soon!!!
