First Day Alone

It hurts but I'm going to deal with the pain.
I hobble along the trees towards the village. It finally comes into view.

It's a good sized village. Not exactly one of those monstrous villages, but not one of those small villages with like three buildings. It's a good sized village. I can see the blacksmiths building.
That's what I'm after.

I make my way along the buildings, villagers pass by and give me strange looks, but walk on and continue on their way.

I finally make it to the blacksmiths and struggle up the stairs into the building.

I make my way to the chest and opened it.
There's a full set of iron armor, a stone sword, an apple, and flint n' steel.
I eat the apple and it eases the pain. Everything still hurts badly, but it is a little bit better. I put on all of the armor, despite the pain.
I put the sword in the leather sheath I had strapped to the back of the chest plate. I pack the flint n' steel into my satchel and head out of the village. I find a small clearing in the forest in between the village and the crater.
I don't want to get too far from either of them, if there is anything important near them.

Its starting to get dark, so I go and grab some sticks and twigs to start a fire. I'm a pretty good survivalist I guess. As I said, I loved hunting, and camping.

I gather some small rocks and set them in a circle, placing the sticks in the middle. Then I use the flint n' steel to start the fire. I sit there until I get the fire going, and then I get my things and climb a tree a couple blocks away from the safe-area (for wood) of the fire.
I don't want to get to close because I might be seen, and I don't want to be far away because then I won't get the warmth from the fire. I get my satchel and slip it on my shoulder.
I tilt my helmet down over my eyes and try to go to sleep...in Minecraft.

~

I didn't sleep much that night, due to my insomnia and pain. I stayed up most the night, gazing at the stars. They were actually quite beautiful, as well as the moon.

The time doesn't seem fast at all like it did in reality. You know how when your playing Minecraft, and the days only last a few minutes compared to your day of 24 hours? Well it seems like normal hours and minutes, like real life.
Well...this is real life now. This is reality. This is my life now. I have this feeling that I'm not going back to my other reality for a while...

I decide to pack up and move on. If something's suppose to happen in this world, it'll happen. I slide out of the tree (which is very painful) and get my satchel.
I go over and try to stomp out the fire. Of corse, one of the stones is sharp and I get a big gash in my left calf, which is just amazing.

Ouch.

More blood gushing from my leg. Just my luck.

And I begin on my journey, limping off from where I stayed. As I look behind me at the place I stayed, I'm wondering what I've gotten myself into.

~

I painfully travel for the whole day and get weaker and more tired every second. I haven't traveled very far. I can't because of my leg an I don't want to get too far from the village.

It's about noon now. I can tell by the sun. I find a place by a small lake to rest. I sit against a tree right beside the lake. The forest behind me provides shade. It's like a big green canopy. I put my wounded leg in the water.
The water seeps through the armor and my jeans and provides a little relief to the wound. I lay back against the tree and try to rest. This is going to be a long adventure.
I take my satchel from my side and get out my phone.
I turn it on.

Hmm...I guess it must not me Minecraftia's time. There are some notifications on my screen. Something from Instagram, a few Twitter updates...

Huh...I laugh to myself.
While they're tweeting if their currently offline or currently online and their status updates. I guess you could say I'm Currently: Inline...
