Belle...Hannah...Lowered her head as she sat on the edge of the bed she said with Alytain, she couldn't do this anymore. She couldn't keep up her lie.

Hannah could feel her heart struggle with the weight of choices she was being forced to make, she knew she had no one else to blame but herself. She needed guidance yet she knew she wouldn't get it from the person she truly needed it from.

Hannah ran her hands over her baby bump, she only had herself to blame.

Belle heard the bedroom door push open, she could see from the corner of her eyes Alytain had stepped into the room, she avoided her gaze at him as he closed the bedroom door before sitting down next to her.

Alytain wrapped his arm around his wife.

Belle leaned her head on his shoulder.

Alytain let her tears fall as silence attempted to fill their bedroom.

Alytain wanted to ask but he wasn't sure what words to find, he wanted to know what was going on inside his wife's head, but he couldn't find the right words to ask.

He wanted Belle to stay by his side until the end of their days, he wanted to make things work with them, he wanted to say it has always been her since the day he had laid eyes on her.

Alytain slowly brought his hands up to her cheek and wiped her tears away "Belle?"

Belle kept her gaze away from him.

Alytain carefully placed his hand under her chin, he raised her face to look at his.

Belle had no choice but to look at his face.

"Are you okay?"

Belle would feel the words at the back of her throat burn, she could feel the words she needed to speak try to escape through her lips. She needed to hold onto those words for as long as possible. She needed to undo her lie but she was afraid, afraid of the consequences she'd be forced into.

All Belle could manage was a small nod.

Alytain smiled a little before kissing her cheek, he dropped his hand from under her chin. He wrapped his arms back around her body. He rested one hand on her stomach.

Alytain was going to try better. Try to be the husband that his wife wanted. Try to be the father his children needed.
