In all honesty, Fred was the only thing that Beatrice was able to think about since their one night stand. More fragments of that night returned to her in the most unexpected of moments, which only made her want him more.
They started returning while she still worked in fixing his wand. Then, they showed up while she was being intimate with Aster. No matter how much she knew that thinking about someone else while fucking with another person was wrong, the memories couldn't stop flooding her head.
Fred wasn't any doing any better than her, and just the thought of seeing her naked body was more than enough to get him going. No matter how much he liked Beatrice, he knew that in the present time there was not much he could do to have her so he had to rely in other girls to satisfy his needs.
Apparently, Fred and Bea's friends were starting to hang out together more and more as the week after the party passed. Poppy and Alicia Spinnet were casually going out, and Graham and Angelina Johnson had gotten themselves into a friends with benefits arrangement. Truly, Beatrice didn't really mind any of them now that she was getting to know them, but in a way, Fred still managed to get on her nerves. But clearly, his annoying an obnoxious self hadn't stopped her from stopping by his shop completely unannounced.
"Nott," Fed grinned as he opened the shop's main door and letting her in after she had knocked loudly on it. "Coming unexpectedly now, are we?"
"Shut up," she rolled her eyes.
"Don't get me wrong, I love surprise visits," he pushed a loose strand of her behind her ear before she pushed his hand away. "And especially from you love."
"Salazar's fuck Weasley, get a grip of yourself and try to at least dissimulate that you're in love with me or something," she huffed.
"What can I say?" he smiled. "One can never resist a beauty like you."
"Cut the bullshit," Bea scoffed and took out a box from her bag. "Here's your wand."
"Thanks," Fred eyes lit up like a child's on Christmas morning.
"You're welcome," she said quietly and waited for his reaction as he opened the box.
"How did you even do this?" Fred mumbled and looked up at her. "It's exactly the same as it was before."
"A wand maker never reveal her secrets," she shrugged.
"Thanks Beatrice, you fixing this means too much to me," Fred said softly.
"It was nothing, just doing my job," she muttered.
"How much to I owe you?" he asked and felt his mind drifting in the endless blue ocean of her eyes.
"It's fine, just leave it like that," she turned around to leave but he quickly grabbed her hand to stop her from doing so.
"I'm not gonna do that, tell me a number," he said and saw the way he eyebrows scrunched together as she thought.
"I don't know, seven maybe?" she relished on the gentle touch he had on her hand and let go, leaving him a bit astounded.
"Yeah come on in," Fred beamed and led her through the small staircase on the back and into his flat. "We usually don't keep the register's money in the shop's floor, much safer to keep it here."
"Your flat's nice," she looked around once inside, "when not crowded with too much people at least."
"Thanks," he smiled and handed her the seven gold coins.
