"George just bloody tell mum that I had a migraine or something to let me off the hook," Fred groaned.

"You know how she gets about Sunday lunch mate," George rolled his eyes. "She's gonna end up bombarding me with questions and most likely yell at me because of you!"

"Come on Georgie, don't be a prat and make something up to tell her," Fred pleaded.

"So I should take all of mum's yelling so that you can shag some random girl?" George scoffed.

"I'll cover for you if you want to do the same with Lee," Fred smirked.

"Okay, fine," George said annoyedly. "But you fucking owe me Fred."

"Have I ever told you you're the best brother in the world?" Fred grinned and patted his twins back.

"I already know that, and if you and your mysterious girl end up shagging, you better do it in your fucking room and not on the bloody couch," George huffed. "And I thought you bloody liked Beatrice mate so why in hell's name are you bringing a girl over for a shag when you like someone else?"

"I'm not gonna end up fucking the girl, that comes over George," Fred chuckled. "She's just a friend and we're gonna have lunch together, that's it."

"And what about Bea then?" George crossed his arms.

"What about her?"

"I saw the way you looked at each other Friday night," George eyed his brother suspiciously. "What are you hiding?"

"I'm not hiding anything," Fred shrugged. "Look at the time! Mum is already waiting for you mate so you should better get going-"

"I'm gonna find out whatever it is that you're hiding from me Frederick, you can't keep secrets from me!" George said loudly and stepped inside the fireplace, throwing a handful of floo powder before he was engulfed by the green flames and disappeared.

While Fred had been trying to get George to cover him for skipping Sunday lunch at the Burrow, Beatrice was pacing anxiously around her room, still undecided in what to wear to go have lunch with Fred. After much overthinking and leaving her closet even messier than it was before, Bea looked at herself in the mirror and slightly fixed her hair and makeup. "It's just bloody Fred, get your shit together," she said to her reflection before coming out of her room to see Theo and Amelia playing chess in the living room.

"I'm going out, I'll be back later," Bea said and took her bag from the coffee table.

"Where are you going?" Amelia asked without lifting her eyes from the chess board.

"Around," Bea shrugged.

"That's not an answer," Theo narrowed his eyes at his sister.

"And I'm an adult which means that I don't have to disclose my private business to my little brother and sister at all times," she rolled her eyes and left the building to head to Fred's flat.

Beatrice couldn't begin to understand why the butterflies in her stomach couldn't get a grip of themselves as she walked towards the joke shop. The simple thought of Fred, in the past month that they had been secretly hanging out together was enough to make her heart to somersaults and she truly didn't know how to feel about that.

Fred was no better and George was starting to tell, even though his twin hadn't actually revealed who his new mystery friend was, the younger twin already had an idea. Fred's face lit up entirely as he opened the shop's door and seeing Bea standing outside who was trying her best to hide a smile as he came into her line of view.
