Heaven looked up at me with her light blue eyes.
"Y-you p-punched him" she said in shock.
"Yea?, he was being an ass hole" I said casually, looking down at her.
She looked back at him as he laid unconscious on the pavement. "B-but what if he's dead, y-you'll get in trouble"
I couldn't help but laugh. "He's not dead Hun, he's facing ego death, just means he got knocked the fuck out by somebody his own size"
"He wasn't really my brother Athan" she said still innocently looking up at me.
"I know dear, by the way, what did you want to eat?" I asked politely.
I already knew what she wanted, so many things raced through her mind with excitement.
"I like cookies" she said as if she were a child.
"Ha, no dear, I mean real food" I said before realizing that she had actually been starved. I looked down at the confused girl who seemed to be thinking.
"How long has Tony been providing for you" I asked trying to understand why she has to think so hard about what she wants.
"My parents abandoned me when I was 9, Tony found me when I was 9 in a half, I'm 16 in a half right now, so I'm guessing 7 in a half years?" She asked, confirming with me if the math was correct.
"Yes, that would be right" I looked around in thought "how about we go back to my place, I'll fix something up and you can choose what looks best, sounds good?" I asked as we walked.
"Ok" she said.
She was quiet for a long time as we made our way through the city. I listened closely to her thoughts.
(Why is he being so kind to me?, is Tony going to be okay?, what if I don't like what he makes for me?, what if I make him mad and he leaves me like my parents did?) she looked around almost nervously.
"Is something wrong?" I asked gently as her eyes gazed upon the ground.
She looked up at me with surprise as if I had disrupted her day dreaming.
"N-nothing, I guess I was just wondering why you're being so nice to me" she said failing to ask the other questions she had out loud.
"I don't like to see people being mistreated, after tonight, you have full choice on if you would like to part ways with me or not. I guess I'm being nice because the situation you were in was fucked up and I felt I had to do something to help, it's just the kinda person I am" I said not fully lying. But if she really chooses to leave after tonight's dinner, I won't stop her.
We soon approached the castle and she gazed upon it as if it were the most beautiful thing in the whole world.
"Wow, this is your house?" She asked in pure amazement.
I shrugged my shoulders. "Yea" was all I said before opening the door and stepping inside.
She walked inside and only than did I notice she was bare foot.
"Where are your shoes Hun" I said curiously, looking down at her feet.
"Oh, I don't own shoes" she said with a smile as if that were completely normal.
"I see, my statement from earlier still stands, Tony is a fucking ass hole" she looked up at me in confusion but changed the topic once she saw Andre sitting in the far corner with a book.
"Who's that?" She asked as she looked up at me.
"That's Andre, he's my half brother, he's a servant but he's treated very well as long as he doesn't turn back to his bad ways" I said loud enough for him to hear, eyeing him harshly.
