Chapter 1 - 3: Winter's Friends

Mini Flashback End

The flashback of her moment being a nurse came to an end when Winter shouted his name loudly for the third time. Derek stopped everything he was doing and turned to face her for the third time.

Derek the Advisor: "Yes??"

Winter: "Were you daydreaming again? I called you like five times!"

Derek the Advisor: "I'm sorry, I must've gotten distracted by my own thoughts. The meal is almost done."

Winter: "That's not why I'm calling you. The three of us decided what we're gonna do instead of just watching the movie. We're gonna go out and have some fun!"

Derek got surprised to hear to hear that the three are about to go out and have fun, and he's also not being so sure if they should go out like this. Winter asked if he wanted to come with them, But told her that he couldn't, He's still preparing the meal and it might go to waste if it's left undone. That's when Winter snapped her finger and called out to her chiefs to finish up the meal for him.

Now he won't have to worry about finishing it up.

And before Derek says anything about the movie they were watching, Emma mentioned that they put it on record. Which means they'll still have a chance to watch it.

Winter laughed at herself about it, stating that she forgot that they had a record button up there. Saying that if she knew about it, She wouldn't have tried to rush Derek like that. Well, Trace didn't, She tried to tell Winter about it beforehand, But she wasn't listening.

Winter: "Oh really? Guess I got too distracted by Emma."

Derek the Advisor: [ Inner Monologuing: "This whole time, they could've pressed the record button?! Dang it, Winter!! I got worried and stressed out for nothing!!" ]

Derek was really upset about this deep down. But since Winter worked hard for the pass couple of days as a ruler and helping him get better as a nurse, He decided to let it go. Plus, He also can't be upset with Winter about the whole cooking thing when she called the chiefs to finish up his work, He remember saying that he'll do it for her.

Originally, Winter was gonna do it without having to call the chiefs. But Derek told her that for once, He will cook for her and her friends. Because he wanted to repay her for helping him get rid of his sickness.

Winter: "Anyways...Derek, Please come with us. You're our friend too."

Derek the Advisor: "I-I am?..."

Winter: "Of course you are. Yes, you're my number one advisor. But you're also my friend. A loyal one that I want on my side. Me, you, Trace, Emma! All of us together, Let's go out and have fun!!"

Trace & Emma: "YES!!"

Derek was happy to hear those words from Winter, and he felt a little disappointed deep down about the friend part. He wants to be more than friends with Winter, But he doesn't know how he'll do it without making her see him differently. But he's not gonna think about that right now, It's time for them to have fun. Derek gave winter a nod and said "Alright, Let's go out and have fun!" As it brought a smile on Winter's face.

Though, the three have to go change first before they head out. What Derek is wearing is fine, So he doesn't mind waiting downstairs for the girls to get dressed in Winter's bedroom. The three went upstairs to go change from their pajamas to something else, and it only took about a few minutes to find what their wearing.

As they were coming down from the stairs, they all had different choice of clothing and different choice of hairstyle.

Winter's Hairstyle is a Messy Hair with a Bun up top, Her outfit a yellow short sleeve dress, yellow and white shoes, and a yellow head band scarf, wrapped around her forehead.

Emma's Hairstyle is a Long Ponytail, Her outfit is a Black Boxy Crop Tee Shirt and Contrast Tipping Pants, Black Sneakers on her Feet, and a Hat that goes along with her Ponytail.

Traces Hairstyle is a Short Pigtail, Her outfit is a cute light blue plaid sleeveless schoolgirl dress with a white long sleeve shirt to go under, and black shoes on her feet with long white socks.

Once all three of them came downstairs, Trace called out to Derek and asked what he thought about their outfits, and she wanted him to be honest. Soon as he turned around to have a look, His eyes were sparkling and full of surprise. The style that Winter, Trace, and Emma were wearing was quite amazing to him, They looked so much better than him.

Derek the Advisor: "W-Wow, You guys look amazing...Your hairs! Your outfits! They fit you all so well!"

Winter: "Thanks, Emma all the work."

Derek the Advisor: "Really? I thought--"

Winter: "Nope! I can't do hair like Emma can. She's a natural at it."

Trace: "And she always picks the best outfits for us too."

Emma: "Tehe! I'm always confident in my skills in hairstyle and fashion, I'm just a natural at it~"

Emma's skills is based off of doing other people's hair, makeup, and finding the best choice of clothing for other. She never fails to disappoint her friends when it comes to these things alone, Even if it's simply doing their hair.

Derek the Advisor: "...Well, We better get moving."

Winter: "Okay! Let's have ourselves some fun!"

It was a night out of fun with Winter and her friends, They went to places like the clothing shop, the supermarket, and Winter's Favorite Shop, Snowy Paradise. The four picked up various of things there. Including of delicious little snacks that are frozen.

One thing that peeked Winter's Interest, which has her eyes sparkling for it was a blue donut with creme white filling inside of it and white icing on top with blue sprinkles on it. Frozen Donuts. These were apart of her childhood memories, and she needed to get them. There was no way she was gonna let anyone else take them.

She speed over to Clerk and asked with excitement in her eyes "You gotta give me those Donuts! All Twelve of them! I want them!"

The same clerk that was rescued by Winter chuckled at the sight of her being excited.

Clerk: "Alright, Alright. Settle down, Princess. I'll give you those Donuts."

Winter: "Cool! How much do I have to pay?"

Clerk: "You don't have to pay me a Shard, This is my repayment for saving me and this bakery. For now on, any snack or desert you get are for free."

Winter: "Oh! Thank you so much!"

She places her wallet away in her inventory.

The Princess no longer has to pay to get whatever she wants in Snowy Paradise. It's permanently free for her.
