Location: The Embrian Military (Northeast)
Located away from Civilization, is a military base used to deal with civil unrest and any potential uprising that could occur. However, none of them were able to reach the city, despite dozens of calls from the Police Knights.
The reason for this is because Winter had taken them out.
They tried their best to stop her, But they stood no chance.
Winter: "Such a shame, All you had to do was tell me which building is the armory and you guys wouldn't have to deal with this pain."
She walked up and checked one of their bodies for any information they might have on them. But her ears twitched and she instantly sensed danger. When danger got close, She uses Snow Vanish to evade it quick.
The danger that was attempted to hit her was a spear, And It landed on a concrete wall.
The Princess reappears after vanishing. She took a look around to see just which individual was bold enough to throw something deadly at her.
Winter: "Apparently someone is still standing."
"You may wanna rethink that."
Jasper said while slowly approaching the princess. This caught her attention, So she turned her head toward the direction she heard her spoke.
As Jasper is approaching Winter, She reached her hand out. The spear detached from the wall and flies back toward her, where she catches it with her hand.
Winter: "I'm guessing you're someone they sent to deal with me."
Jasper: "You're not too far off from the truth. Then again, I only came to test my skills against you and stop you from stealing those weapons at the armory."
Winter: "How did you--"
Jasper: "Though, As Hero of Embria, I'll give you an ultimatum. Surrender and Face the consequences for your actions or deal with an unimaginable punishment from me."
Winter: "...Hmm, Oh! I know what I choose!"
Winter creates an Ice Blast and fires it directly toward her. Jasper acted by using her spear to deflect her Ice blast to the opposite direction.
Jasper: "I see, you've chosen unimaginable punishment..."
Sparks of lightning began to reveal itself around Jasper and her spear.
Jasper: "...Not a smart move for a Cryterian Ruler."
Winter: "It's not?~"
Jasper swipes her spear and a electric projectile came toward Winter. She jumped up to evade it, Then Jasper disappears with lightning and quickly reappears above her with a quick slash against her back, which sends Winter flying and hitting the ground hard.
Next, Jasper aims her spear toward the Princess and a big lighting strike targets her. Winter managed to notice the attacking coming and quickly evades with Snow Vanish. She then reappears above Jasper with her hand aiming at the heroine.
Jasper was quick to spot the princess above her and when she did, Winter unleashes three Ice blast directly to her
The Heroine dashes upward toward the Ice Blasts. She turned into a lightning bolt and zigzag passed all three of them within one second. This caught Winter by surprised, and she didn't have enough time to evade the heroines attack. Which was a kick up against her chin.
She made a quick turn behind the princess with a swing kick behind her back. The kick was so powerful that it made her fly and hit the ground for the second time. But much harder.
Jasper: "Is that it?"
After asking that, she dashed down to where Winter was slowly picking herself back up. Only to get plowed by Jasper and dragged into the ground, then get thrown straight into a military office building. Jasper held her hand out to summon her spear, then aims it at building she threw Winter in.
Jasper: "If that's the case then you have no chance in beating me. Shame. I was hoping to see how Formidable you are."
After The Princess heard Jasper, She walked out of the office building, looks up at the heroine, and said, "Then I better stop playing around~"
Winter gives her a smirk and zooms pass her with Light Speed Movement. It took Jasper by surprise since she didn't expect Winter to move that fast. Once she look behind her, She sees that Winter isn't there. But when she turned back around, her face met Winter's fist. She punched Jasper straight to the right side of her cheek.
It sent the heroine flying, But only for three seconds, As she quickly recovered and skidded back. Winter started running around her in a circle at a speed Jasper had trouble tracking.
Jasper is fast, But not at this level of fast. The only person she knows can move this fast is her Cheetah friend. She's not even sure her Arch Nemesis can handle it. This is the speed she'll have to match. But first, She needs to escape.
The Heroine held her spear tightly, jumped up high in the air, Dives down, aims the point of the spear, and hits the ground in a powerful impact. This not only created a big crater, It create the smoke from the ground that Jasper clears with a swipe.
The first thing she does after that is look around and see if she managed to hit Winter with that technique. And the second thing that happens is Winter approaching behind her. Jasper sensed it and turned aiming her spear at her.
Jasper: "LIGHTNING RUSH!"
She called out to her technique, and multiple lightning strikes target Winter. But as she was flying toward her at five thousand miles per hour, She moved left and right to evading the lightning strikes. And doing a couple barrel rolls too.
Jasper: [ Inner Monologuing: "She's dodging multiple lightning strikes as she's moving?! No one's been able to do that!" ]
When Winter got close to Jasper, She wasn't able to avoid it. Because the Lightning Rush technique leaves her defenseless. Winter lands a powerful kick on the heroines chest, spending her flying back far.
But she managed to stop herself before she flew back any further.
Winter used Snow Vanish to get close enough to punch her, Jasper acted quickly and turned into a lightning bolt to avoid her fist. Winter looked up and dashes upward where Jasper was to try to hit her again, Only for Jasper to turn into a lightning bolt and move further away.
The Princess aims the palm of her hand and fires an Ice Blast, targeting the heroines lightning bolt. Jasper reacted by turning back to normal, aiming her spear, and using a lightning spark to counter Winter's Ice Blast. As both attacks collided, It created a massive explosion.
One so big that it can be seen on the horizon. Miles away from what's currently happening in the city.
