Running definitely wasn't gonna work again him. Alden can always teleport when he least expect it.

Black Ice: "Cold Rush, First Level!"

Having no other option, He decided to use this form against him. Scorch, witnessing this with Storm, felt that Alden might be in a bit of trouble now.

But Alden wasn't surprised. He expected the dark vigilante to transform at some point. He wasn't worried though, He can easily tell he's using twenty percent just by looking at his aura.

He dashes at five thousand miles per hour toward Alden without warning. He held his fist back and launches it directly toward his face. The impact of this fast and powerful fist unleashes a light blue explosive shockwave, creating wind that only last four seconds.

In these four seconds, It reveals the Advisor holding his fist with his hand. Showing that Black Ice didn't manage to hit him.

Alden: "You're chances of winning is lower than expected."

He throws Black Ice in the air, and flies after him to continue the fight.

Throughout this fight between Cold Rush Black Ice and Alden, they were blocking each other's attacks and out maneuvering each other. However, Alden has been managing to keep up with him, despite having Cold Rush activated. Which confuses Scorch.

Scorch: "I don't get it. This guy's using Cold Rush against Alden, But he's managing to keep up with him. How is that possible?"

Commander Storm: "The vigilante is only using twenty percent of it's power."

Scorch: "What?"

He got more confused when he answered his question.

Commander: "I see...You have no idea. No worries, I will explain..."

...His Cold Rush Percent is solely based on Transformation Percent.

Transformation Percent is a level that tells how powerful the user's transformation is. It shows how much damage the user's Cold Rush can do. Other transformations from other kingdoms operate the same way.

And there's another thing you should know that's also important about Transformation Percent:

20%

50%

100%

These are the three main percents that show much power the user has. Twenty Percent, The one I just mentioned, equals less power, Fifty Percent equals Half Power, and one hundredth percent equals full power.

Scorch: "Interesting...But how can you tell when someone's using twenty, fifty, or whatever?"

Commander Storm: "Look at their aura..."

He nods his head toward Black Ice struggling to land a hit on Alden.

Commander Storm: "...If their aura is small, It means they are using less percent of their power. If it's big, It means they're using more."

Scorch: "Hmm, Got it."

Commander Storm: "Though, they'll have to increase their percent to use more or less. One way they can is by going through intense training every single day. Nonstop. But the user will have to do it while their transformation is activated."

Hearing what they have to do in order to increase their transformation percent made him believe that he will have to do the same thing.

Commander Storm: "You, however, are a special case."

But when storm told him this, He looked at him with a surprised look.

Scorch: "Huh?"

Commander Storm: "I don't know if anyone has told you this, But I sense great potential in you. And I believe that you have the power to be able to go one hundred percent without training your form. It is apart of your potential. "

Scorch: "...You're not just making this up to make me feel better, right?"

Commander Storm: "I'm being serious. You have the potential that can takedown even the Great and Powerful Princess. It's just waiting to be unlock, and it will. This may even be the day. But it all depends on you."

These words had him on stuck. He didn't know what else to say or even how to process it all. For a moment, He remained silent until he asked Storm, "How do I unlock my potential?"

Commander Storm: "I don't know. As I said, It all depends on you."

He isn't entirely sure what he meant by it, But he smirked and makes a guess.

Scorch: "Heh, I'll most definitely unlock it today. When I face her again."
