Chapter 3, I Tried

I lean on the wall waiting for Vix to finish cleaning themselves off, the bathroom door opens and Vix leaves and lays on the bed. "You can go now.."Vix was tired and I nodded "Alright."

I turn on the water and waited for it to rise up, it finished and I got in slowly. I sat there slowly rubbing the blood off. I dozed off for a bit, until I realized I'm still here.

I drain the water and dried myself. I left the bathroom and turned off the light. "I'm done..let's go." I signal my hand to get up to Vix. They get up and we both left the room.

Lilith was sitting alone at the table and noticed us. We went into the kitchen and sat right in front of them. "So, what happened? who started it?" Lilith gets closer to us, we look each other and Vix sighed.

Lilith doesn't get close anymore, "We were walking and we both accidentally bumped into someone..They were being harsh about apologizing and was being rude to us. I snapped and..killed them.." Vix smiles a little but stops, "Very different from you..what about you Mercury." Lilith looks at me and I shot up. "Uh well, during the killing I just watched it all happened.." I chuckled nervously and Lilith nods.

"Well at least you guys didn't try anything ba-" Lilith gets cut off by Vix. "I cut off their hand and gave it to Mercury." It goes silent after Vix says that. Arcane already entered the kitchen shocked and just left like they said "nope". "Oh well..eheh..okay..maybe a little" Lilith says nervously. Lilith gets up, "Well you guys can go now, Vix don't try anything worse next time.." Lilith leaves the kitchen and Vix nods their head slowly. They had a bland look, "Let's go now.." Vix grabs my hand and we both went to out room.

We lay right next to each other and didn't do much. "You alright?.." I was worried for Vix, they didn't look right. "Yeah...just- Never mind.." Vix hesitantly spoke. "Just say it to me.." I say while sounding serious, Vix looked at me as if they were scared. "I just kinds regret what I did, but at the same time I feel..satisfied.." Vix chuckles a little. Vix had the same feeling as I did..from last time..when I first..killed someone...I stared at them for a while, they were looking away. "Hold on.." Vix gets up and went into the bathroom and closed it. They turn on the light, "That was sudden.."

-Vix's POV-

  I stared into the mirror while my nose was bleeding, I wiped the blood off and licked it a little. I didn't look okay, I grabbed some paper and wet it and wiped my nose slowly. It took a while and my nose was no longer bleeding. I sighed and left.

I walk out to see Mercury sitting up, holding their legs. I sat right next to them and hugged them. "Are you okay?" I say while Mercury is just staring off. I tapped them on the shoulder and they shot up. "Huh?.." Mercury looked nervous, "I said..Are you okay?" I grabbed their hand looking worried. "I'm fine." They put their legs down. "No you're not.." I was worried for them, and I wanted to help them so badly.

"I'm just worried for you..okay?..I don't want you to become the person I am.." Mercury tears up a little and wipes it. I hugged them tightly, "I'll try my best!" I say while smiling a little at them. Mercury hugs me back and cries, I pat their back to comfort them.

I stared at the dead body right in front of me, I dropped the knife. Blood was splattered everywhere, I was alone this time. I remember what I said with Mercury.

The person tried to grab me, and tried to Hurt me. They did things to me, I felt Terrible, so Terrible.

I had those Terrible memories again.

I had to defend Myself..

"Haah........"

I can still feel them touch me
I chuckled and then started laughing
I cried instead and broke down into tears
I know the person is Dead but I can still feel it
The  cold  fingers .

I still imagine them towering over me
I felt so weak
I couldn't keep myself away
it all happened again.
why did it all happen again?
did I make it all happen again?

why didn't I Stop myself?
I could've ended it all

I don't want it to happen again, at all, I want to be caressed, Not This, Never Again. No..no..

I don't think it was my fault
that this happened

I think it was their Fault
They Fucking Ruined Me,
Which caused This to happen again

It was Never my fault...!
But They're Dead Now!
I Don't Have To Worry About It Anymore!

But I can still feel their fucking Cold fingers around me slowly seeping into my skin-

I raged and grabbed the knife and stabbed the persons head aggressively. I stopped and didn't want to continue anymore. I wiped the blood off my face and licked it. I had mixed feelings about it, it tasted odd.

  I soon again remembered what I said with Mercury, "I'll try my best!" That slowly soaked into my mind and heard it repeat. I panicked and ran home.

I failed them...

I left the body there, no one will care about it
I arrive home and everyone's asleep
I enter the room with Mercury who slept peacefully.

I went into the bathroom, and turned on the bath and watched the water rise. It finished and I got in. I stared at the ceiling, suddenly Remembering every single detail of what Just Happened to me, Remembering The Things that Happened to me, The Cold Fingers slowly starting to seep into my Skin.

I scrubbed myself with soap aggressively, then using my nails to "clean" myself
It Hurt
I didn't care
I felt disgusting
disgusting, disgusting, disgusting
so disgusting
Is This How I felt Last time when It Happened to me Before?
it already happened three times, counting this one to be The Third
WHY.
I DON'T WANT IT TO HAPPEN AGAIN, I DON'T WANT TO, I DON'T WANT TO—-

I still feel disgusting

I finished and dried myself, I felt like vomiting of what just happened to me. I threw up in the toilet and flushed it.

I turn on the sink and washed my mouth.

I leave the bathroom and laid right next to Mercury. I fell asleep
