Mercury(And The Chaos In Their Life) Part 3

Chapter 13, Yourself..

  I wake up in the white room again
  I blankly stare off and got up
  I felt calm but afraid that they'll appear.

  "Hey!" A voice calls from behind and its Cross    getting close to me, they held a gun in their hand. I look at it and looked away. "Oh this?" Cross noticed my glance at the gun. "Give it to me." I get closer towards them. "Huh?" Cross raised the gun in the air, "Give it to me, I won't do anything I promise.." I stare at Cross and they put the gun down. I hold my hand open and they set it down.

I grasp the gun in fear, and I tremble while holding it. "So? What are you doing with it?" Cross puts their hand down. I back away and Cross gets tensed up, "YOU SAID NO TRICKS!!" Cross yells. "I know.." I point it towards my head. "Move, I'll shoot, stop me, I'll shoot." I say while smirking. It went silent, "Cmon I just wanna talk! I won't do anything." Cross says in a quiet tone and gets close to me.

I pull the trigger
and everything went black.

I wake up in the white room again, and raged. "Get me out of here.." I whisper to myself as I wandered around. I see Cross standing alone, staring at the gun I used. I run towards the gun and grabbed it. "You're interesting." Cross notices me, I point the gun towards my head again. Cross stared at me with a angry look. I get caught off guard and Cross throws a knife at the gun. "SHIT!" I yell, Cross runs towards me. I grab the knife and ran away. Cross runs out of breath and so did I. I point the knife at throat, "Get me out of here.." I death glared at them, they didn't say anything and just stood there. I insert the knife on the side of my neck, I dug it deeper. I spit out blood everywhere. Cross watched me with a slight smile. I was almost dead, I stabbed myself again, I collapsed. It went black.

After trying to kill myself but to only loop by shoving the knife in my mouth, disemboweling myself, stabbing myself in the head, shooting myself in the mouth, shooting my limbs and hands, and so many other methods...

I lay on the ground in exhaustion. I couldn't get up anymore, I was tired. Cross stands right next to me. I look over at them. We stared at each other and Cross gets angry and grabs my hair and pulls it. They take out a gun and pointed it at my head. "This was all a bait, but you noticed it immediately when I put you in.." Cross chuckles, "I never knew, I just want to get out of here.." I close my eyes to avoid the gun in my face, I start laughing but Cross squeezes my hair even more.

"OPEN.YOUR.EYES..." Cross whispers in my ear, I slowly open them and see the gun in my face. "You disappointed me.." Cross slams the gun my face, I feel my nose bleed. I try to get up but Cross kicks me in the stomach aggressively. I spat out blood, Cross grabs me by the hair again, and points the gun at my wings.

"Never tried this before..." Cross smiles widely, I stared at it in fear.

BANG BANG BANG!!!

I scream in pain, as I felt my wings sting badly. I bleed everywhere, I tried to move but the pain gets worse and worse. Cross steps on the wound, I screamed even more and Cross starts laughing at me. After a while, my eyes went blank, I look over and my wings were stained in blood. Cross points the gun at my head, it went black after....

I wake up but I wasn't in the white room. I look around to see Vix right next to me who looked worried, "You okay? Are you feeling alright? Were you there again???" Vix tears up and hugs me tightly.  "I was there again, I'm fine." I lied, I felt horrible..

"You're lying! YOU DON'T SOUND LIKE YOUR USUAL SELF!!" Vix grasp me tighter, it went silent. Vix lets me go, and I stare down. I could feel my tears stream down my face as I try to wipe them off. But they kept coming. Vix puts my hands down and they grasp my cheek, I look away from their eyes. "Mercury.." Vix gets close to my face. I look at them.

They get closer and kiss me, I couldn't understand the feeling I had, sad..happy..relieved? Vix lets go and they smile at me. I hug them and I kissed them back, and stopped. "I thought you needed one..when I wasn't in a good state of mind at that time. You comforted me, and I felt suddenly better. So I wanted to give you a thank you..but I never got the chance to. But here I am." Vix blushes, they seemed shy. "Well thank you..a lot.." I smiled, Vix hugged me again.

I sit alone on the couch, reading a book while the sunset hits my face. I hear the door open, "Vix!!" I drop my book and hugged them, "Mercury!!" Vix hugged me back tightly. "Welcome back!" Lilith walks in with Arcane. "Glad to be home after a long day." Vix pats my head, "How's everyone today." Everyone said it was good, and I also said it was good. The afternoon went on normally as usual, I was relieved and I mostly forgot what happened in the reality, I managed to sleep a little bit better.
