Chapter 7, Sent

—Mercury's POV—

  I wake up, but it's different this time. I found myself in a white room, "Am I dreaming?" I questioned myself and got up. I wandered around the room. After a while I sit down on the ground wondering what to do next. I got up again but then...I hear running footsteps, I tried to look back but I ended up getting knocked out.

"Wake up." A familiar voice calls out, I open my eyes to see myself tied in a chair with white strings. I look up, to see Cross smiling at me. "What the hell.."I quietly say, "I won't hurt you don't worry..but if you misbehave." They reveal something behind their back. A long sharp knife appears and shines. I slowly nod in fear.

The white strings felt awful around my body - It felt like I could feel each string slowly stab me.

Cross puts the knife on the floor. "So..uh..what do you want from me..." I say calmly, Cross stared at me and gave me a grin. "To mentally destroy you again." Cross grins even wider, I tried to break free, I didn't want to be hurt again. Cross slaps me, "If you break free, those strings will rip your skin off."

  "Now.." Cross summons something from their hand while it glows white,

I didn't know how to react
I was numb
it was being pointed at my head
just like
last time
at that one part
I slowly start to lose my vision

My breathing quickens,
my heart beats quickly,
and the flashbacks of That situation comes and goes again in my head as it repeats over and over.

At that time I was panicking, my breathing quickens
my eyes filled with tears making my vision more blurry,
even though I could somehow See the gun only in my vision.

I tried to break free again but only to see the strings hitting my skin
I puked on the ground out of fear
I hear Cross laughing at me.

Cross grabs my hair, "You're really easy to break..!" Cross chuckles and points the gun again. And slams my face with it. My face is badly wounded and my nose starts bleeding everywhere.

"HAHAHAHHAHAHAAH!!!" Cross laughs, they untie me and put their legs on me to hold me down. "Y-You s-said you won't hurt me.." I tried to speak but I was in pain. "Well..Oops!" Cross giggles and grabs the sharp long knife.

I close my eyes slowly
I didn't want too see anything else

I shot my eyes open after they..stabbed my head
I struggled to comprehend everything
my mind was all over the place as I watch the blood  slowly drip down.

They take the knife out
I was still alive but was about to die

They take their knife again and stabs my heart and twists the knife, I groaned in pain, and my eyes close on its own.

I wake up again, in the white room. I didn't want to get up anymore.

"Mercury?" a familiar voice calls

I look behind to see

Vix?

I get up and hugged them
"How did you get here..?" I say in a worried tone.
"I just fell asleep right next to you..and then I was here.." Vix hugs me back and lets go.

We hold hands and walked around together, I felt like we were being watched and so then I stopped walking. "Huh? Why'd you stop?" Vix stares at me, "We're being watched." I say in a scared tone and I looked behind. I look around, but when I looked back.

Cross was behind Vix, "Vix..." I pointed and they looked behind.
