Chapter 17

Alex P.O.V

<Next Morning>

I woke up by the sound of my alarm going off.

I woke up and rubbed the sleep off of my eyes and turned off the alarm before getting out of bed and going in the bathroom.

<After 10 minutes>

I went and change into my school uniform and grab my stuff and head downstairs to prepare breakfast.

<Downstairs>

When I was about to go in the kitchen I suddenly bump into something or someone.

When I looked who it was I was shocked that it was Daniel.

“HOW IN THE WORLD DID YOU GET INTO MY HOUSE?” I yelled at him.

“Well the door wasn’t looked and I already knock 3 times so I just let myself in I thought you were in the shower so I went ahead and prepared breakfast.” He said

“Oh…ok.” I said

“Are you still going to sit there or are you coming and eat breakfast?” He said while lending me a hand for me to stand up.

I accept it and when he pulled me up we were almost about to kissed lip to lip.

We stared at each other for what seems like forever until my phone ringed.

We pulled away from each other blushing.

I grab my phone and saw that Emily texted me

Emily: Hey Alex. Did you finish your math homework? I forgot to do mine. Can I borrow yours?

I replied

Alex: sure

After a few seconds she replied back

Emily: Thanks.

Alex: No problem.

I put my phone back to my pocket and went to the dining room and eat my breakfast.

When I was at my second bite Daniel Started to talk.

“Who texted you?” He asked

“It was Emily. Why do you asked?” I said

“Nothing I was just worried that maybe someone was stalking you.”

Why does he care it’s not like it was his problem. After all his in love with Isabel not me I thought.

“Oh…Why do you care?” I asked

There was a moment of silent before he answered

“Because you're my friend Alex.” He said

“Oh…I see ok.” I said “I’m full. I’ll go on ahead Emily wanted to copy my answers for our math homework.”

“Ok. I’ll see you at school then.”

“Yeah, see you.”

I went to the door and started running all the way to school.

<At School>

I walk into class head down.

“Good morning Al.” Emily Said

“Good morning.” I said

“You ok?”

“Yeah. I’m fine.”

“You sure?”

“Yeah I’m sure.”

“Then why are you crying.”

I touched my cheek and I didn’t even know that I was crying all the way here.

I stayed silent and went to Emily and I cried at her shoulder while she was comforting me.

After about a minute I was done crying and at the same time the bell signaled the start of class.

“Tell me about it later.” Emily said

I nod my head before going in my seat and listening to the teachers lecture.
