Chapter 9

Alex P.O.V

"Can you believe that? Who does she think she is?" Emily said

"Daniel's soon to be girlfriend I think." I said

"What?!"

"Shhh. Keep it down." I said " He told me he has a crush on someone and I think that someone is Isabel. But I asked him how much he love that person and he said he loved her just how much I love him." I was stoping the tears from falling.

"I'm sorry Al. Need a hug?" Emily asked opening her arm for me to cry in her chest.

I accept the hug and the tears started to fall.

After a minute of crying. I finally calmed down.

"Thanks Em." I said

"For what?" Emily asked

"For being there when I need you the most."

"Your welcome thats what friends are for."

"Come on let's go back to the cafeteria to finish our lunch."

"Yeah. Let's go I'm starving." Emily said while drooling.

I laughed at her cuz of her acting.

<After School>

"I'm going ahead Em. Bye." I said

"Ok. Be safe." Emily said

"I will." I said " Oh and please tell Daniel I went home already."

Emily groaned before saying. "FIne."

I was walking down the street then I suddenly felt someone following me.

I turned around and no one was there. So I continued walking home and Ignored the feeling that someone was following me.

When I was almost near my house something hard hit my head and I blacked out.

I suddenly feel myself being carried.

And when I open my eyes I saw Daniel and he was carrying me.

"Where are you taking me?" I asked

"Where else to you place of course." Daniel said " What were you doing sleeping on the streets?"

"I don't know. All I know is that I was hit in the head and everything went dark." I said while feeling my head throb.

"You ok?" He asked in a worried tone

"Yeah. My head just hurt a little bit that's all."

"Want me to carry you all the way up to your room?"

"No. I'll be fine." I said " Just put me on the couch. "

"Sure." He said before putting me gently on the couch "Do you need anything."

" No. Good night Daniel."

"Good night and sweet dreams Alex." He said before kissing my forehead and left so I can sleep.
