"Isaac!"

Stiles and Scott damn near broke the door open trying to get to him. He was cradled in Melissa's lap, shaking profusely.

My eyes widened, and I pushed past the boys to sit in front of the blonde. "Isaac?" I whispered, raising my hand to touch his shoulder.

He flinched, and looked up at me in agony. My heart broke for him.

"What happened to him?" Stiles looked to Melissa, but she shrugged her shoulders.

"He hasn't spoken in 10 minutes. He just sits here and shakes."

"He needs to turn." Scott mumbles.

"Yeah, but how do we do that?"

"Pain. It makes you human. We have to make him feel pain."

"Okay so what do we do?" I look back at them. "Hit him?"

"We might have to." Lydia swallows thickly.

"Are you serious? Not only make him hurt, which I understand makes him turn, but invoke his childhood trauma in him?!"

"Allison," stiles starts softly. "We don't have a choice. He would do the same for any of us."

I knew he was right. God, I hated when he was right. But I didn't want them to hurt him too bad. I sighed and backed away from Isaac. Scott took my place and Melissa moved. The alpha raised his hand and gave Isaac a hard punch. I flinched. The blonde just growled. Scott hit him again. And again. And again.

"Isaac, you have to turn!" Another hit.

"Turn!" Another hit, but this one made Isaac change. Finally.

I dropped back down next to Scott as Isaac gasped. "Did you see them?" He finally spoke.

"See who?"

"There were five of them. They wore all black. I couldn't..I couldn't see their faces. They were covered."

"What do you mean? Like masks?"
