Julie anxiously sat on a pillar with her cousins and Webby as she listened to her uncle Scrooge rant.

"In the short time I've known ya, you've destroyed my home and my money bin, unleashed several ancient evils, and almost got me killed...twice!"

"Four times if you count each monster as an individual time..." Huey began to say, before everyone gave him the look that said "shut the duck up!"

Uncle Scrooge's glare slowly turned into a smile as he began to laugh and sat down between Huey and Louie.

"That was incredible! When you pulled me in and said 'no time'! And who would've thought of a Medusa gantlet! Brilliant! And then you swung me out and pulled up just in time!"

Scrooge got up from the pillar and stood up. "You kids are nothing but trouble! Curse me kilts, have I missed trouble! I suppose I'll have to keep an eye on you to show ya how to get into trouble properly," he said, flipping open a gold phone.

Dewey smiled. "You mean-"

"Beakley! Clear my schedule! I'm taking the wee ones on a field trip!"

"About time. And once again, I'm not your secreta-!"

Scrooge closed the phone before Beakley could finish. "Now, let's go find the lost city of Atlantis!" he declared.

"Yeah!" all the kids and Launchpad cheered.

"And no one tell your Uncle Donald!"

"Yeah!"

"Wait, who is that?" Launchpad asked.

Julie got up and started walking towards the mansion before Scrooge put a hand on her shoulder.

"Ya coming, lass?"

She smiled. "You think I'm gonna miss the great Scrooge McDuck on his first adventure in over ten years? WITH his family?! Hard pass, old man!"

Scrooge sighed as Julie ran off with the rest of the kids.

"She's already so much like her..."

(Julie's POV from here on out)

Okay, here's what I can piece together from the triplets:

Huey's the oldest of the three, very responsible and organized. Dewey's the middle kid, loves attention, and is a bit impulsive. Louie is the youngest, is sort of lazy, and loves treasure.

Webby and Louie were pumping water out of the sub when Dewey came down the ladder with Uncle Scrooge, who tossed Louie a cell phone.

"Talk to yer uncle," he grumbled.

"Hey, Uncle Donald," Louie said, and began to lie to him as I walked by. I rolled my eyes and snatched the phone from his hand.

"Hey!" Louie shouted. I shushed him and began to talk to my first cousin. "Hi, Donald. Don't worry about us. We're just having some quality family time together."

"How're the boys?" he anxiously asked over the phone.

"Uh, excited, I guess? Different reactions all around, you know?"

"Yeah...I'll talk to you when I get back, okay?"

"O-ok, Donald, bye, then," I stammered before he hung up on me.

"Here, kid," I said, handing the phone to my youngest cousin.

"Why'd you interrupt me?"

"Because," I said as I knelt down to Louie's level, "you were lying to your uncle. And, as far as I'm concerned, nothing good ever came from lying. Trust me."
