One month later

Kate

Mama, da da home?

Me : No my Angel.

Angel went back to moving her toys around.

Mama Hopey home?

Me : No baby but Faith is.

She just ignored me and grabbed her favorite doll. She laid on the floor cuddling her doll while sucking on her thump.

It's been a month and a few days since Em moved out. She gets the kids on weekends and drops them to school on Monday. Angel misses her a lot so we working on stopping breastfeeding, one of the hardest things a mother has to do.

This past month a lot has happened. Since Em left it has only been me and the kids but more like me, Faith and Angel. Alex is not always home and when she is, she stays in her room. Hope is just closed up. Her and Faith don't seem to be in good term either. Hope is always on her phone.

Since the move, Faith refuses to go visit Emma. She just chooses to stay with me an Angel. This whole situation hurts deep. Faith's grades dropped from A+ to B's and even C's.
This whole arrangement is affecting my children, Including Hope and Alex. Their grades may not be affected but in a way it does.

Another thing is the school being infested by drugs. I'm not sure how or when they get in the school permises but somehow they do. I've had to take four students to the ER in the past month and the school's governing body has been on my neck about it. I don't even know who the culprit who brings not only weed but I'm taking real hard drugs. Your cocaine and heroin drugs.

I don't know whose crazy enough to sell this shit to children but I'm sure as hell that this shady dealings won't be happening in my school any longer. Tomorrow the police will be conducting a search and no one knows but me and the police officials. I want everything searched including the lockers.

Today is Sunday. Faith, Angel and me are watching frozen, for the hundredth time. Both the kids love it so I lost the vote. I decided to order some pizza. Faith was eating while her focus was on the screen. Angel was sucking my breast dry while playing with her leg. And I was just in my head. Seeing that Angel was dosing off I paused the movie and got Faith's attention.

Me : Baby I wanna talk to you about something.
She nods for me to continue.

Me : I guess I just wanna understand why you don't want to go to your father's. I know it's hard considering that you grew up with both your parents around. Us separating has nothing to do with you guys. You still have both your parents baby they just not together anymore.

Her : I know Ma. I just want everythingto go back to normal. I miss having everyone around. It sucks that things changed so sudden.

Emma

Me : You two need to go to bed, it's a school night and non of you are allowed to stay past your bed time

I say grabbing a slice of pizza. I had the kids for the weekend as always and we were just chilling with them killing each other over a game. Alex and Hope just clicked from the word go. These two became closer to each other it's like they grew up together. I just hate the fact that Faith isn't as accepting to this situation. She doesn't even come for the visits. I miss my princess.

Hope : Daddy 30 minutes more please.

Alex : You seem to love getting your ass served.
She says clicking the console and a second later screams.

Alex : Yey Eat that loser. Hope groans.

Hope : You cheated.

Alex : You justbeing a sore loser dude.

Me : Ey that's rude, and mind your language. Now go to bed.

They both walk to their bedroom mumbling something only known to them.

After just being by myself I decided to just go to bed

I made my way inside to the fighting club. I'm not here to fight but actually see Dragon.

Me : Dragon!

Him : Ahhhh the masked one. To what do I owe the pleasure? I know for a fact you don't have a fight tonight.

Me : What the hell Dude? I thought we agreed not to mess with my territory. Someone has been dealing in Rosewood High, today they raided everything. You can't sell there and you know it. My fucken family is there and my mom is the principle!

Honestly this is the first I've ever regarded Kate as my mother.

Dragon : Yo! You know I don't mess with Rosewood. My children go there. Who the fuck has the nerve.?

Me : Look man just fucken get this pest out before more damage is done.

I walked away. I don't know what's going on but shit is about to hit the fan.

"Shit they on to us. We need to move fast for our plan to work. I can't let that bitch get away with this shit. Tomorrow we grabbing the girl. You know what to do right?" We can't afford to mess up.
