Anushka Khurrana

"Anushka! You're not ready yet?" Rhea asked as she entered my room.

"I'm done. I'm done. Stop yelling at me woman!" I hissed at her while she glared at me and came towards me.

She was fixing my maang teeka.

"You guys are soo wierd, really! I suggested Dev that you guys get married before you gave birth to Anshi." She said chuckling.

I am getting married today...

As, Dev promised we are having our daughter with us while the ceremony.

She's just a year old and still has her father wrapped around her little fingers.

"And we're done!" Rhea said putting the veil on my forhead.

"You look so beautiful. I can't take my eyes off you!" She said and I laughed when suddenly the door opened and a person entered whom I was least expecting on my wedding day.

I quickly stood up with wide eyes.

"What are you doing over here?" Rhea asked him bluntly.

Just then mom & dad both entered the room.

I don't want to deal with this right now!

"Anu— Mom started while coming towards me but I interrupted her saying

"Don't even think of coming towards me." I sternly told her.

"We just wanted to apologise." Kunal said with a guilty expression.

"I don't need your apologies, Kunal. I am happy with the people who actually care for me." I said and Dev, Karan & Jay all three of them entered the room.

Dev was holding Anshi in his arms.

"Why can't you just let her live in peace?" Dev asked glaring at Kunal.

Just then my baby started crying and Dev was rocking her making faces trying to cheer her up.

"She is our grand-daughter?" Dad asked with almost teary eyes.

"No. She is our daughter. She is nobody of yours. Can you please leave? I don't want my wife sad on her wedding day. I've been waiting for this day since years and now I don't want anyone to spoil it." Dev said raising his voice a bit.

"Dev, can you please understand? We are really guilty for whatever we did. We should've trusted her bu— Kunal started but Dev again interrupted him.

"You should've trusted her. Did you? No.
You said she was a shame on Tandon's. So just go away." Dev said and walked towards me encircling another hand of his around my shoulder.
