Three hats sat on a rock beside a very large tree
Snow surrounding the entire island
White floors, grey skies and the soft steps of three siblings approaching
Laughter could be heard as they joked around with each other
A blonde figure missed a very iconic top hat
A fire user without his warm coloured cowboy hat
And a smile that missed one of it's most precious treasures, given to him by his mentor
The three sat down near a fire
The smell of freshly cooked meat flowed through the air
A new story had formed
One very different from the original
Different timelines
New people to meet
New enemies to face
New allies to be formed
The world would be a lot different because of the choice Luffy has made
But, quite frankly
Luffy doesn't regret his choice
He doesn't think he ever will
Looking up from the floor
He saw two faces he loved
Two faces he considered family
Two faces which he would have never imagined in the past to see together ever again
He smiled
He had made the right choice
He knew he had
Because he was happier than ever before
Knowing that he could protect everything he loved
His crew
His family
His treasure
His past dream
The last one didn't seem as important to him as in the past
Maybe it's because he had already achieved that dream in the other timeline
He had a new dream now
No, his dream wasn't to become the pirate king if you were wondering
His dream was completely different
All he wants now
Is an adventure
He doesn't want to achieve a title
He wants to travel the world with his crew and brothers
Becoming king was also a step of course!
Just because that's not his main goal, doesn't mean he doesn't want it anymore!

The fire went out
The smell of delicious food was no longer in the air
Luffy grinned as he lifted himself from the ground to follow his brothers
The stone that previously wore the hats now bare
A very familiar ship greeted their sight as they approached the dock
The thousand sunny covered by a thin layer of snow
Familiar figures waving at him and shouting his name
Luffy had changed this world
He doesn't know how this change will impact the future
But he's sure that it will be one hell of an adventure coming ahead.
"Set sail!"
