Ace screamed as they flew through the air at an extreme speed but soon enough he just fell asleep.
Luffy smiled and held Ace under his arm, he quickly flew and approached the red line and soon enough he was in the New World. He flew around for an undisclosed amount of time before seeing the Moby Dick in the distant.
Marco was casually talking to Thatch (In this AU he survived the encounter with Teach) and Haruta while Whitebeard sat on his chair watching over his children when all of the sudden he and some crew mates including Whitebeard felt an extremely powerful Haki presence and one of the second division commander, they quickly heard a loud thud and Luffy appeared in front of Whitebeard, the crew immidietly went into defense and the commanders stood in front of their pops. Soon enough Whitebeard noticed his unconcious son in Luffy's arms.
"Who are you and why do you have my son brat?" asked Whitebeard letting out a small wave of Haki
"My name is Monkey D. Luffy!" said Luffy setting Ace down
"Wait, you're Ace's little brother!" said Marco
"Yep! That's me!" said Luffy with a big smile
The crew soon went back to normal after Marco waved his hand gesturing that Luffy wasn't an enemy.
"And why are you here brat?" asked Whitebeard "You surely aren't here just to return my son"
"Right! I need to talk to you Whitebeard!" said Luffy sitting down and offering the sake he brought to Whitebeard, who of course accepted the sake gladly.
"What do you need to talk about brat?" asked Whitebeard taking a sip of the sake
"I'll be blunt, I need you to stop Ace from chasing Blackbeard" said Luffy sternly
"Why would I need to do that?" asked Whitebeard
Luffy bit his lip before saying "Blackbeard is stronger than he looks, I'm not saying Ace is weak but I know for sure that he isn't strong enough to face against Blackbeard yet"
"And how do you know that brat?" Whitebeard was quite curious now of the teen in front of him, he gave off an extremely powerful Haki, maybe the same or even stronger than his.
"That isn't important, I am here to beg you to stop Ace" said Luffy clenching his fists "You are a very important parent figure for him, I do believe that you are able to convince him to stop chasing after Blackbeard"
"I was told that you acted quite stupid but it seems that Ace was overreacting" said Whitebeard
"I act stupid around him! he's my brother, I have no reason to act intelligent around him" said Luffy smiling at his brother (still asleep)
"I see" said Whitebeard laughing "I do believe I can convince Ace to stop but Blackbeard has betrayed this crew and Ace wants to take care of it. I'm sure he ca-"
"HE CAN'T" screamed out Luffy, Whitebeard flinched for a moment.
"S-sorry, I didn't mean to raise my voice" apolagized Luffy
"Its alright brat" said Whitebeard, he felt pity for the kid, he saw sadness, emptiness in the kids eyes when he screamed.
"Hey brat, do you know what Haki is?" asked Whitebeard
"Yes, why do you ask?"
"You give off an extremely powerful presence" said Whitebeard with Marco nodding
"It's quite impressive for a brat like you to have Haki at such a young age" said Whitebeard
"What do you mean? I've had this since 7" said Luffy calmly
Everyone's jaws dropped and a very loud mixture of whats and hows could be heard.
"Jeez you guys are loud!" whinned Luffy before turning to Whitebeard "and I already told you that that's not important! I came here to talk to you about Ace" Luffy pouted
Ace woke up with the sudden noise
"What the fuck are you all screaming for?!" asked Ace annoyed
"Oh Ace you're awake" said Thatch
"Huh? Thatch?" asked Ace a bit confused "Wasn't I in the air about a minute ago?
"The sky? what are you talking about?" Thatch and the rest of the Whitebeard pirates were confused now
"That was about an hour ago Ace, were already on the Moby Dick" said Luffy inching over to Ace
"Oh hi pops!" said Ace excitetly
"Hello son, welcome back" greeted Whitebeard
"Hey Ace! what did you mean by flying?" asked Thatch quickly and excitetly
"Oh yeah Luffy flew us here by using some sort of flying technique or something" said Ace patting Luffy's head
"YOU CAN FLY?" asked Thatch even more excitetly
"Yes" said Luffy hugging his brother
"COOL!" screamed Thatch
"Now that I think about it didn't you want to talk to pops Lu?" asked Ace
"Yeah! I already did when you were asleep" said Luffy letting go of Ace
"Did I miss anything important?"
"Nope!" said Luffy cheerfully
The crew decided to talk to Luffy for a little bit before he said he needed to leave
"I need to go back to my crew!" said Luffy
"Alright then brat" said Whitebeard with a smile
"Where are they?" asked Haruta
"In the grandline!" the moment Luffy said that the crew just froze and another loud 'WHAT?!' was heard throughout the whole ship
"Well it was nice meeting you all! Bye Ace!" said Luffy going over to his brother and giving him a hug
And before the rest of the crew could say anything Luffy activated gear 2, Geppo and disappeared in an instant.
Whitebeard laughed loudly while the rest of the pirates just stood there dumb founded, Ace just smiled.
