Luffy was the first one to wake up out of the three brothers, he looked at Ace and Sabo sleeping peacefully. He questioned how he was going to explain the nightmare to Ace, was he going to tell them the truth? No, he was going to try and hide the past time line and correct all of his mistakes he made the last time.
Luffy soon heard a soft yawn, he saw Sabo and Ace waking up. He smiled softly and chuckled a bit
"Why are you laughing?" asked Ace with an annoyed tone, he was always grumpy in the morning
"You have drool on your face Ace!" Luffy chuckled again this time with Sabo joining him.
"Shut up! you drool too!" said Ace
"Anyways let's go hunt breakfast first" said Ace yawning
"Okay" said both Sabo and Luffy

"Aaaah that was good!" said Sabo
"Yep!" said Luffy rubbing his stomach
"Now then, Luffy you're going to tell us your nightmare" said Ace
"I- uh, Maybe another day?" said Luffy looking at down
"You were going to tell us!" said Sabo
"I-I don't really want to" said Luffy in a cowardly voice
"Why?! don't you trust us?" said Ace "We are your brothers!"
"I know! it's just that.." Luffy mutters something.
"C'mon Luffy! It can't be that bad of a nightmare right? was it like a giant bug or something?" said Sabo stroking Luffy's hair trying to comfort him
"I-it's nothing!" screamed out Luffy before running off
"Wait Luffy!" said Sabo standing up "C'mon Ace!"
They both went chasing after Luffy.

They eventually caught up to Luffy sitting on the side of a cliff staring off into the ocean
"Luffy! don't run off like that! jeez" said Ace a little annoyed
"Luffy?" said Sabo taping Luffy's shoulder
Luffy turned around quickly, both Ace and Sabo looked shoked at their little brother. He had tears all over his face and had a bloody arm.
"Luffy! what happened to you arm?! are you okay!? did something attack you?!" screamed out Sabo panicking (awwww brotherly love)
They quickly went back to the tree house and bandaged Luffy's arm.
"So, did something attack you?" asked Ace
"No.." said Luffy reluctantly looking down
"Huh? your arm?" Ace looked confused, his little brother had always been happy and way to optimistic for his own good, it was weird seeing him sad like this.
"I scrached my arm a little too hard that's all!" said Luffy letting out a nervous laugh
"Like hell we are believing that Luffy, we aren't dumb" said Ace
"Well I would say that for you Ace"said Sabo
"HEY! I'M SMART!" said Ace angrily
Both Luffy and Sabo laughed.
"It's nothing to worry about! just don't think about it" said Luffy faking a smile which went unoticed by Ace but not by Sabo
"Fine..we won't ask you about your arm or nightmare.." said Ace reluctantly
"Thanks! let's go hunting again!" said Luffy getting his pipe
"We just ate breakfast!" said Sabo
"We can hunt lunch early right?" said Luffy
"Yeah I guess, let's go" said Ace also grabbing his pipe
"Yay! I want crocodile for lunch!" Luffy jumps down from the tree house
"Try not to get eaten like last time" teased Sabo
"HEY! That was your guys fault!" screamed out Luffy and pouting
"Yeah, yeah were sorry" said Ace
